If for any reason you would like to return an item, please let me know and return the item within 7 days of receipt. As long as the item is not damaged and in original condition, I am happy to refund the cost of item minus shipping expenses. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

At the moment I only accept Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay by credit card through Paypal. Just hit the pay by credit card button after going to Paypal. Payment is due within 24 hours of the purchase.

Once payment is received, I will ship items within 48 hours. I ship USPS priority mail. Please email me if you would like to have shipping insurance or delivery confirmation and I will adjust the shipping rates accordingly.

If you receive a product which has been damaged in transit, contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation. I package all of my orders with extreme care to avoid any mishaps during transit.

For custom orders please use the "request a custom order" link on the right hand-side of the shop.
Please allow at least 2 to 3 weeks from the date that your order and payment is received.

I require payment for 1/2 of your custom order up front. Once your custom item is ready for you I will contact you with a link to your reserved item. At this time you will be able to purchase and pay the balance on your item.
Reserved items will be held as long as 1 week. After the first week if I have not received any communication from you, the piece will be taken out of reserve and made available to anyone.

Custom items are shipped within 24 hours after your purchase is completed and payment is received.
