Announcement   Hello and thanks for stopping by.
When you look through my shop you may notice that I have a love of miniatures, sometimes with a bit of a twist. Here's a brief explanation of why I make the types of dioramas you see here.
Firstly, I always wanted to be a forensic scientist, so the MCSI dioramas I make are more about the investigation than the crime. Secondly, I love zombies, so this is another definite theme that runs through my designs. Mainly though, I love the way the little figures capture us and what we do, but on a small scale.
If you have any questions, please feel to ask, and if you would like a custom order I can sometimes make them a reality, but other times I don't have the materials, but you never know until you ask the question!

This was bought as a gift for my brother's newly created animation studio, which is named Picnic. They loved it! Very fast postage and great customer service.

Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars but you can convert them to your chosen currency via Etsy.
I accept payments via PayPal but if you are in NZ you can convo me and I will give you my bank account number.
Please note you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay through them. When you check out, click the 'pay by Paypal' option and you will be forwarded to a secure page which will have the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.
I require payment in full before I mail items.
Shipping
I aim to mail out all purchases within 5 working days, but if you need the item super quick then let me know in the comments section and I will see what I can do for you :)

I will track all items mailed to a NZ address if you want, but this does cost extra (because NZ Post is not cheap!). For the rest of the world, standard international airmail is used and takes between 7 - 21 days to arrive (depending if any volcanoes have recently erupted or any other natural disasters have occurred - which are obviously out of my control). If you would like your parcel to have a tracking number, it is an extra $20USD. Please let me know before you place your order and I will adjust the rate.

Please note, a customs declaration of the contents and value of the parcel is necessary on all international packages. I am required to fill this in correctly and accurately. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. I am not able to refund for any packages returned for unpaid customs fees.

If you would like your parcel posted directly as a gift, please add a message at checkout if you would like me to include a note with the package.

All necklaces are shipped in a cute handmade gift box.
Refunds and Exchanges
All measurements are included in the listing. Please check these measurements.

All items are checked and carefully packaged before being sent out. If for some reason your item does not arrive in good condition please contact me as soon as possible. Please don't leave negative feedback before contacting me.

I have never had a parcel go missing (touch wood) and I have never had a parcel turn up to the addressee damaged. Please remember that these things are out of my control but I will work with you to make sure you are happy.

If an item is damaged through some unforeseen circumstances and the buyer would like a replacement or refund, I kindly request that the damaged item is returned to me at the buyers own expense. I will then pay for a replacement to be mailed to you or issue a refund.

Care:
Please do not iron the prints on the tote bags. Please handwash only and do not tumble dry.

To polish the pendants you only need to gently rub with a dry, clean, soft cloth - DO NOT press hard on the windows as some may pop backwards and will not pop out again unless you open you the pendant which may then damage the design inside the pendant.

To clean a diorama - if it is dusty then try to blow the dust off with your mouth, or if it has something spilled on it then don't run it under water as this will damage the diorama. try to gently wipe the spill off with paper towel (to soak up the moisture) and then cotton buds (for the ears) to remove any other debris.
