I don't do custom work! However I do variations on items that I make (color and print) and will work with you if you want to make something particular happen.

Payment
You can buy Bonspiel with credit cards through Etsy's checkout system. They also take Apple Pay. It is possible to hold an item! Please contact me by sending a conversation, and we can work out pay schedule.
Shipping
Most small items ship via lettermail; this is the only feasible way costwise to ship small inexpensive things internationally from Canada. Therefore I personally will replace any item lost in the mail with an equivalent, give you a store credit, or refund the purchase price (whatever you prefer). Bonspiel insurance!
Packages big and little usually take within two weeks to reach their global destination, but I will consider a package still in transit for 3 1/2 weeks from the mailout date before arranging compensation, because occasionally they do take that long (for various reasons, usually involving the customs dept. of the receiving country.)
Larger packages (purchases over 75.00 Cad) travel with tracking and insurance.
I do not mark packages as gifts on customs forms, so you are responsible for paying any taxes or tariffs your country decides to charge you. I think stuff going to the US is not tariffed unless it adds up to more than 200.00. For other countries, google it please!
