Frequently asked questions

Do you ship overseas.

We do ship internationally and are happy to do so. We use Royal Mail as our shipping company and we try to be as competitive as possible with shipping cost. With overseas items we also use royal mail's international tracked and signed for service, where possible, but sometimes we do not have the option to get a signature (PO boxes, mail boxes and drop off stations) so please bare this in mind when ordering.

What if my item hasn't arrived.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if your item hasn't arrived we will do our up most to find your items. We ask that you allow up to a month for international items to arrive, we estimate an shipping time of anything between 5-14 days for international shipping once it has left us.

Custom and personalised orders

We are happy to take custom orders next books, characters and scenes but we do not do personal candles and any custom candles are our interpretation of what you have requested.

Reps and promotional items

We are not taking on any reps at the moment and unfortunately we don't send out promotional items. If we do the info will always be on our instagram page.
