Welcome to Bootleg Ink, purveyors of fine nerd-tacular things.

I am an illustrator and a costumer. I could never find stuff that was that extra level of nerdy, things that I wanted to buy for myself, so I decided to start making them. In this shop, I will share them all with everyone else, in the hopes that I can make some other nerd just as happy.

I try to provide the best products I can at all times. I don't like to cut corners, to give out things that have damage people may or may not notice, and I like to make absolutely certain everything is going to hold up to serious punishment. That said, I will probably have a few "at your own risk" addenda to every item.

You probably CAN do the things I'm warning you about, and have no detrimental effects befall your items, but I haven't tried it and I'm worried that something might go awry. The warnings are not there because anything you purchase is particularly delicate and easily damaged.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
There are no refunds.

That said, if your item is damaged en-route, falls apart in the first five seconds, or spontaneously combusts, contact me within the first twenty four hours or receipt.

I will require pictures (semi-decent cell phone photos will suffice in most cases), and if it's a legitimate claim, I will do my best to get you another item, ASAP, for no additional charge.

If it is an item that was made especially for you or I can't make another of, then and only then, will I provide a refund.

*Items that have been tailored and don't fit will not be refunded. I triple check all measurements when constructing, if there's an error involved it was in the measurements provided, not in the construction.
For any items I have in stock, I'll be holding them first come, first serve for payment clearance. As I only accept paypal, this should be a non-issue.

For any items that have to be made or altered, I will begin once payment has cleared.
I ship everything domestic (US) through USPS Priority Mail. Included in shipping price is insurance because, for real, the USPS is hit or miss as far as reliability.

International (Canada) will be shipped regular mail, because the priority prices are quite insane.

The shipping rates for both of these methods were calculated by finding the farthest point from me and calculating shipment of 1lb to that location. They include boxes, forms, and insurance (*Canada does not have insurance).

Any International orders outside of Canada? Well...I have not figured out how to calculate the prices for something like that, but I will try to get that up as soon as possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
I guarantee my work to be reasonable and of good quality. If the item I send you doesn't hold up to the basic requirement of that item (a bag where the bottom suddenly falls out, or the strap snaps, etc) contact me with an image and I will do my best to replace that item.
