This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you've purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

INFO WE COLLECT:

To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information (which you've authorized Etsy to provide), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.


WHY WE NEED YOUR INFO & HOW WE USE IT:

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

1. Info is used as needed to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support.

IMPORTANT INFO ON INFORMATION REMOVAL FROM ETSY

If you'd like your info to be removed entirely from etsy's site and database, you will need to contact etsy directly by visiting Etsy.com/help. By contacting BootsTees, we can only remove the info we have access to (your name, e-mail, shipping address), and we can only remove it from our records. For information removal from etsy's website, you must contact etsy directly.
