Welcome to Jenh Wooden Toys - where every toy is handmade from home. We create hand-crafted, earth-friendly items by using sustainable, local hardwoods and non-toxic paints/finishes/glues. Our toys are purposely non-gender specific. We hope our simple and durable designs stimulate your child's imagination and inspire them to make the world a better place.
Jenh Wooden Toys is a wife-and-husband team effort. Every product in our shop is handcrafted by us. We spend a little extra time getting each item just right so that what you hold in your hands will be something beautiful and of quality. In an effort to be earth conscious, we use only natural materials; sustainable wood, natural fibers/organic fabrics, & non-toxic glues, finishes & paints.

4 out of 5 starsI wanted to rate this shop one star because the experience with the owner was a bit frustrating. The product took a long time to get here and I didn't find the owner overly friendly or helpful. When I emailed the owner she did not get back to me in a timely manner at all. When I asked for a refund because of how long it was taking she told me no and didn't offer any help to fix the situation. She said she'd mail it out on the weekend and it didn't actually get nailed out until the following Monday. She sent the package standard mail which cost her 7.50 knowing that I was already upset with it taking so long despite the fact that I paid 5.50 for shipping and it could have fit into a small flat rate shipping box which would have cost 5.50. The farm animals are beautiful and well made though that's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

2 out of 5 starsMy son adores the fishing pole and I appreciate the quality, that earns 5 stars, however the experience receiving it was below par. It took a month to receive the package and missed xmas by a day. I was told to pick another product as a refund and apology – I have yet to hear back...and it has been nearly three weeks since that conversation took place.

Cause of delay was that vendor sent us wrong size supplies. In turn, ended up making order take much longer than it should have. To make up for delay, I overnighted order, in hopes it would arrive in time for Christmas. Instead, UPS left order sitting on their counter (tracking conveyed this, if proof is needed) & order did not arrive for two days. In hopes of making it up to customer, I told her she was welcome to pick item from shop. She chose another fishing set. Before I could mail I needed to deal with mistake made by supplier as I literally had no supplies. If customer was concerned about wait time for the make-up item, she was welcome to converse with me. She did not. I had no way of knowing she was dissatisfied & would've gladly conversed. 2nd Item has since been sent. I am sad this order went this way.
