This is the policies page for Boswell Bramley and Co. We really want to make your experience of buying from us a good one. Hopefully everything you need to know about our policies is here but if you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Payment
We accept Paypal. As soon as payment is received we will begin processing your order. We do not send a paper receipt with the parcel as we like to save paper where we can. We send the receipt in an email and as an attachment, we're happy to send a receipt in most formats on request. If you would like a paper receipt, just let us know when making your order.
Shipping
We aim to get your parcel sent within three working days of payment being received and we normally get the parcel sent the next working day.
Where possible, we try to re-use packaging materials from parcels we have received, again in order to save on materials and reduce our waste. When we can't do this we use recycled brown paper. If you have any particular packaging requests please let us know. As explained above, the receipt is emailed, not sent.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are offered depending on individual cases. If you have any problems our primary concern is putting that right for you. If you have any problems, just get in touch and we'll do our best to rectify it.
