Announcement   Out of concern for the environment and the wildlife, I have been reclaiming the antique glass and bottles from the natural wooded habitat and the rural farmland in the Pennsylvania Amish Country where I live. I have seen baby deer laying among the broken pieces, foxes running though it, squirrels chasing each other through broken pieces.

Though broken, to me this glass still has history and beauty, and I now present them to you in my unique products, Bottled Up Designs.

As an avid glass and bottle collector, I have prepared for each piece "The Story of the Glass" detailing the history behind each piece of glass, what it would have been used for so long ago, and the age of the piece.

About

From broken antique glass and bottles reclaimed from the woods and farmlands in PA!

Bottled Up Designs is a remarkable line of jewelry handmade from the broken antique glass and bottles reclaimed from the wooded habitats and rural farmlands in the Pennsylvania Amish Country.

As a long time avid antique glass and bottle collector, I've spend most of my life digging through the old glass dumps found so commonly in the woods in this pretty part of the country. One day while on a dig I saw a baby fawn and mother nearby. Once they caught my scent, they were up and away and I realized they had been laying on the jagged remains of broken bottles. It was then I realized the impact this broken glass was having on the environment and wildlife. Setting out with a new mission, I began bringing home the broken pieces instead and created my line of jewelry from these broken treasures "Bottled Up Designs". As a long time collector, I've prepared for each piece "The Story of the Glass", detailing the history and age of the glass used for each piece.

They are truly a unique way to preserve history, while helping the future!
