Custom items will be shipped as soon as they can after I make them - I have the deadline set for 4 weeks, but as we've got some medical travel late in June, that might change to 6 weeks. We have a sister shop, Blvd Designs Blankets (etsy.com/shop/blvddesignsblankets) where we sort of have our weighted blankets. Honestly, I haven't kept up on that shop very much. I think everything there is expired at this point. If you want a weighted blanket, feel free to message me, lol. Thanks!!

What are the tags with writing on some of your products?
Over ten years ago, the US Congress passed the CPSIA law, which includes many consumer protections, particularly for children's products. On products that fit CPSIA's definition of a children's product, we include labels with cohort, tracking, and date information as required by law. (Tracking means that I can track the materials used in the item back to the supplier and date purchased from the supplier, not that it's tracked after the sale.)
Are you buying children's products without this information? That's not only illegal, but potentially dangerous. Buy your children's products only from sellers who are compliant with US Safety laws.
What do I do if I don't see the options I want in a listing?
Please message me with the details of what you do want and I will set up a custom listing for you. Please do not buy something that you do not want and then ask for changes. Thank you!

Do you offer Rush orders?
Some of our custom made items (primarily hospital gowns) can be requested as a rush. There may be a fee for this service. Please contact us BEFORE YOU ORDER with size, fabric desired, deadline, and shipping location and we'll let you know if we can accommodate.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as you realize your mistake and we'll do our best to work with you to correct it. If the order has not been shipped yet, it's a simple matter to fix. If the item has been shipped, I am happy to re-ship if the package arrives back here and will send you a custom listing for shipping at that time. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide correct information at checkout.
Can you add a logo to an item?
Yes. BUT. If you want it embroidered, you need to provide the logo as a .pes file. I am not responsible for the quality of your digitizing. Digitizing images is a process best done manually by a skilled digitizer - if you use a bad digitizer or have it auto digitized, that's not on me. If you want it screenprinted, I'm happy to work with your screenprinter but I don't provide custom screenprinting.
Also, I will need a letter from the owner of the logo giving permission to reproduce it.
Last, and this is where I lose most people, it won't be cheap. I'm not Office Depot. If you want Office Depot prices, contact Office Depot. Adding a logo to your items usually doubles or nearly doubles the cost per item.
What should I do if an item is marked Delivered but I don't have it?
Contact me. Typically, I will suggest you:
1) wait until the next day to see if it shows up
2) ask household members and neighbors if they received it
3) contact your postal station and get GPS coordinates of the delivery (please let me know if you need me to call them for you)
If it was delivered to your house safely but you still don't have it, your options are:
a) File a police report if you believe it was stolen. I am happy to replace for free with a photo or scan of the police report (exact replacement may not be possible).
b) Skip the police report and I'll replace for a 40% discount off what you paid for the items (plus shipping).
I do not replace for free orders that were delivered safely to your address without a police report.
