    Jennifer is an incredible artist and person. I have worked with her to make a custom bracelet for my Wedding and some Bobby Pins with matching jewels, she did not disappoint. She worked so very thoroughly with me and brought my vision to life. I would give her 10 stars if I could, I would and will be recommending her to friends and family, you will be very happy with any purchase you make from her as it is her goal to provide excellent service and artistry. ♥ Thank you Jennifer for your kind heart and beautiful work.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed. I ship the exact item pictured in the listing. Please ensure you have viewed all pictures and read entire description prior to purchase. If for some reason your are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt, I will offer an exchange or refund of item as long as it is in original condition. Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility.
We accept payment through PayPal, debit cards and credit card.
I ship via Canada Post for Canadian packages as well as international packages. DHL Express is used for packages going to the US.

Shipping times vary according to destination:

Canadian orders-approximately 2-6 business days
United States orders-approximately 5-8 business days
International orders- approximately 2-3 weeks

For international orders I ship via Canada Post air mail, this method of shipping does not have tracking and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. I can use a shipping method that has tracking and is less time to arrive if needed, please let me know prior to purchase if this method is needed and I would be happy to find the appropriate shipping cost that suits your needs best.

All taxes, customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are set by the destination countries and are determined at the time they enter the country and go through customs.

For international or US purchases, please leave me a phone number and email you can be reached at. DHL express requires this info for the customs forms, and Canada post requires a phone number you can be reaches at.
I do not share, publish or sell any personal information provided to me. I must provide Canada Post as well as DHL Express with your address, phone number and email for purposes of shipping, as phone numbers and emails are required on the customs forms. This is the only purpose your information will be shared. I will never use your information for advertising or promotional purposes of any kind.
