I was told the item shipped on Friday, it didn't actually ship until the following Wednesday. Thankfully, the shipping was quick and I received the item in 2 days. There was a small amount of white hair on the boots when I recieved them that I had to pick off. All in all, the boots are adorable and the mother-to-be loved them. Make sure and give yourself plenty of time for shipping if needed by a specific date. Quality item, looked exactly as pictured.

Love this option. I waited last minute to order something for my daughters 1st birthday. This option made it possible to get here in time.

I ordered the Zebra Hot Pink Baby Boots on February 22, 2013 through Etsy.com. It was stated that the item is ready to ship in 1-3 days. On February 23, 2013, I received an email from Simply Sweet requesting the size boot I wanted. I immediately replyed on February 23, 2013 with my response. I received no futher communication form Simply Sweet and on February 27, 2013, I checked my Etsy account and found that the item had not shipped yet and was not set to ship until March 1, 2013. Since I had an event scheduled on March 3, 2013 that I needed the boot for, I sent an email to Simply Sweet and stated if I could not get the boots for the event on March 3, 2013, I would have to cancel. Simply Sweet sent me an email on February 27, 2013 which just said "It will ship tomorrow". I received the boots on March 4, 2013, a day after my event. I have decided to keep the boots because they are cute and they will be used, however, I felt the need to comment on the very poor customer service I received. I'm not sure why the boots did not ship within 1-3 days of the order (February 22nd), as was advertised, and I did not receive any kind of explanation or apology from Simply Sweet. If the boots were not able to ship within 1-3 days, there should have been communication between the seller and the buyer and then I could make a decision as to whether or not I would cancel. I will not order anything from this vendor again.
I'm a girlie-girl through and through, so when I left the corporate world to stay at home with my children, it was only natural for me to turn my creativeness into this special little adventure. Working from home allows me to spend these precious first years with my little ones and provide for my family as well.

All orders must be made via Etsy and payment made via checkout on PayPal.
We do not accept cash, check or money orders.
Orders that are currently made and in stock will be shipped within 5-7 business days of payment being received MONDAY THURSDAY (not including Weekends and/or Holidays). Orders placed and payment received after 12pm on THURSDAY will not process until the following business day. From that day, the 5-7 business days applies, followed by 3-5 days for USPS shipping times. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. If for some reason items are unavailable at the time of payment, they will be placed on back order and shipped when they become available.
All items are sent USPS FIRST CLASS (3-5 business days US) with delivery confirmation. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please add the Insurance listing to your cart before checkout.
**Custom orders will take between 7-10 business days to process and 3-5 business days for shipping. Custom orders are NOT started until your order has been placed and payment received. If you need a rush on your custom item(s), please contact us prior to ordering to make arrangements.**
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason the items you receive are not as they are pictured or described, please contact me within 24hrs of reviewing your package to arrange an exchange authorization. Once the authorization is approved you you will have 48hrs to mail the product back to us with delivery confirmation. Any exchange will be for an identical product and shipped back on the following business day.
If your order is incorrect or items are missing please contact us within 24hrs of receiving your package for order correction.
