Size information

The cuttings measure between 5 and 10 cm in general. For transport, they are protected by paper and placed in a protective cardboard.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Cuttings are protected in a cardboard from swiss post and sent in tracked package. The cardboard is ecologic and reusable.

Gifts packages are made in kraft paper and raphia, ecologic and recyclable.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees : the real costs of packaging and postage from swiss post. Packaging PostPac 0 and parcel fees.

Claims

I make every effort to send you the plants in good conditions. If you receive your cutting in poor condition, send me a photo within 24 hours.

Shipping days

Your orders are sent on Mondays and Tuesdays, so that you receive them quickly, before the weekend. If the temperatures are too low, I postpone the shipment the following week.
