Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We recommend purchasing a smaller sized item to test out any scents or products. If a mistake on our behalf has happened, we will do our darndest to fix it.
Payment
I accept Paypal or Email Money Transfers (Certapay). Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping
I am happy to combine shipping. ALL ORDERS ARE CHARGED EXACT SHIPPING!!!! I will refund excess shipping charges when your package is shipped via a Paypal refund. If you have any questions about our policies please contact us before making your purchase.I ship via Canada Post Expedited, USA Letterpost, USA Expedited or International Letterpost shipping. Please be aware it could be anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks before you receive your order. If you want it faster, convo me prior to purchasing and we will discuss the options to ship it faster and costs.
