Sweet, silly and sassy personalised paper goods made with love and laughs

My name is Kelly and I am the creator and one-woman-band behind Bow & Bell.

I started my business on maternity leave after having my son in 2015 to earn a few extra pennies. I wasn't able to go back to work part time to the agency where I was a graphic designer so decided to be brave and go it alone, and have never looked back!

I enjoy creating cute, quirky and sassy cards and prints and have amassed an eclectic range of designs which I hope you love as much as I have loved making them.

I am away from Monday 26 - Thursday 29 July. All orders between these dates will be shipped on Friday 30 July.

Sizing details

Details of the size of cards and prints are included in the listing description. But just in case you missed it:

A3 - 42cm wide x 29.7cm tall
A4 - 21cm wide x 29.7cm tall
A5 - 14.8cm wide x 21cm tall
A6 - 10.5cm wide x 14.8cm tall

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am striving to reduce plastic waste within my business so have joined the Naked Cards movement! (@nakedcards on Instagram / nakedcards.co.uk to find out more)

All my cards and prints are sent out without cello bags. Smaller cards and postcards are placed inside a paper bag which you can reuse or recycle! Some cards come with removable card clasp stickers to keep their envelopes inside them and some are just loose inside their shipping envelope.

All items are dispatched inside board backed envelopes to keep them in tip top condition and to hopefully stop the postman from bending them en route!

I do not offer a gift wrapping service at this time.

Please note that work on custom orders will only be completed when payment has been received.

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If the postal service hasn't been kind to your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt via Etsy messages to let me know of the problem.

Please include clear photos of the damage along with a photo of the packaging if you still have it.

A replacement item will be sent in the first instance, if there is time to do so.

Refunds for damaged items will not be granted if you aren't able to provide photos of the product.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered on personalised items unless they have arrived damaged (see above)

For non-personalised items, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to start the returns process.

If you have purchased something and have changed your mind, please contact me before your item has dispatched to cancel the order.

If you have purchased a digital download and have downloaded some or all of the files, a refund will not be given.

Coronavirus: Orders are taking longer to arrive than usual, your patience is appreciated. Refunds will not be given until original processing time + delivery time has elapsed. This is up to 8 business days after the day of purchase for UK orders and longer for elsewhere.

Do you provide frames and inks for guestbooks?

All prints are provided unmounted and unframed.

Fingerprint inks are not included with guestbook prints but are available separately.

All frames, inks, pens and accessories shown in listing imagery are for illustration purposes only. Please read listing descriptions carefully for what is included in your purchase.

How do I personalise my item?

Most listings have a box on the listing details page to submit your information before adding the item to your cart.

If this is not the case, please leave details of the personalisation you require for your order in the 'Message to seller' box at checkout. Or if you prefer, message me via Etsy convos after ordering with the details you require.

Without this info I cannot complete your order and there may be a delay in shipping it out to you.
