♥ Bo Winston is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages!
♥ In the case that the buyer feels there is need for a refund, they are responsible for shipping the package back to Bo Winston and are to include tracking. No tracking, no refund---NO EXCEPTIONS. Once the package is received and the item/s are looked over, a refund may or may not be issued, depending on the condition. If the item/s is being sent back to the buyer with no refund issued, the buyer is responsible for providing return postage cost via paypal.
Payment
♥If you do not have a paypal account, I can send you very easy steps to use your credit card or debit card to checkout as a GUEST on paypal. No login or password necessary, and several of my customer's use this method.
Shipping
♥ International packages do not come with insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please email me.
♥ If you want cheaper international shipping, ask for First Class. It won't include tracking, but it does provide verification of when the package was received by the post office and sent, along with the destination address.
♥ I put as much as I can in the smallest package to save you money on shipping. I am green---so there is no extra packaging frills or fancies, and I do used recycled material to package items.
♥ Bo Winston is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. I will always have verification that a package was received by the post office and once it is, it is your responsibility and out of my hands 100%. I will not refund for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they are received by the post office.
