Welcome and thank you for your interest in my hand-made/found treasures.
Each treasure listed in my shop is made with tender loving care. I take pride in hand-made creations, especially when made of recycled mediums. They are unique and individual, only one of it's kind. I take time and put lots of thought into my pieces of art, and hope that you can appreciate them as much as I do :) And please also know that my items are made in a smoke free home.
Vintage items listed in my shop are items I find either through flea markets or second hand stores. Buying vintage helps reduce carbon footprints.
Payments are expected within 48 hours of purchase if using PayPal. I am happy to send a reminder after 24 hours of purchase. If no response, sale will be canceled, unless it is a trade that was agreed upon.
I prefer customers to pay with PayPal as is allows for a smooth & simple transaction.
Any order that is ready to ship will ship out 1-3 business days of receipt of payment. I ship USPS First Class Mail. All items are ready to ship unless otherwise noted, or if the purchase is a custom order. Custom orders can vary on time to complete the order so please convo me to find out more information on custom orders, especially if you need it by a certain date.
Also, please know that I use repurposed envelope mailers and repurposed materials to package your orders to cut down on the carbon footprint, and I do not include a paper invoice unless requested.
Unfortunately, due to the significant raise in shipping prices for international, I will no longer be able to ship International. If you are outside of the United States and still really want to purchase something, please convo me and we can work out the shipping charges. Thanks for understanding :)
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept returns only if a piece is defective or damaged in some way. I am happy to resolve any problems that might exist with a piece! You have 7 days upon receipt to contact me, and make arrangements for a return. Buyer is to pay return shipping. I can not replace pieces that have been damaged through improper use, or care.
If for any other reason you are unsatisfied with the product once it is received, convo me. Feel assured that your satisfaction with the product is guaranteed!!!!!!!!! I have worked in the customer service fields for the past 11+ years and I truly understand meeting the customer's wants and needs.
