Returns and exchange details
My number one priority is great customer service, therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason you may return it within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges however will not be refunded. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless the problem is my fault. If for some reason your item is lost in the mail, be assured that I will either refund your money (purchase price & shipping) or replace/make your item.

♥ CANCELLATION POLICY
If you pay for an item, and then decide that you would like to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours to cancel. Otherwise, it will be shipped, and you will have to pay for return shipping.

Please note, before I ship an item out, your payment must clear. Also, if you are ordering a custom bracelet you must pay for the item first. Then once your payment has cleared I will begin my work.
Shipping
**UPDATE** All shipping costs are now calculated by ETSY. This new feature allows for a more accurate cost. Also customers can view the shipping cost by entering their zip code.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING

►READY TO SHIP ITEMS - will ship withing 1-3* business days. I ship my items via USPS First Class. All orders within the United States (some international too) will have tracking number in which you can find by clicking on your profile avatar, and clicking "Purchases and Reviews".
► CUSTOM ORDERS (Within USA) will vary by order. The estimated shipping time is 7-10* business days after payment has cleared. However, some orders may take longer to fulfill, while others less time.
► PRIORITY SHIPPING (For Domestic Only) - I currently offer Priority shipping on all my ready to ship items. Please select which shipping service you would like at checkout.

► International shipping time are longer than domestic times.
► Please note that some international packages cannot be tracked or confirmed with a tracking number. I will however send a picture or copy of an official receipt stating that your item was shipped as well as a customs form.
► READY TO SHIP - Items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.
► CUSTOM ORDERS - shipping times for custom orders will vary by order. The estimated shipping time for custom orders is 7-10 business days after payment has cleared. However that is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
►If you are located outside the United States and would like expedited shipping, please contact me and we can work something out.

**IMPORTANT**
Please do not ask me to send your item as a gift to lower shipping costs and/or avoid fees. This is illegal, and I will NOT do it.

SHIPPING PRICES - I calculate how much to charge for shipping by adding the following costs.
• Actual USPS shipping service cost (includes custom fees, VAT, etc. for international orders.
• Cost of shipping supplies, which includes bubble mailers, shipping labels, packaging tape, printer ink, paper, etc.
• Cost of packaging (to allow for safe delivery), which includes protective baggie for item to prevent water damage, bubble wrap to prevent damage to bracelet charms, clasps, clamps, etc. Occasionally I will gift wrap a order if the customer requests it.

*Shipping times are approximate, and can not be guaranteed. However, if after an extended period of time you have not received you package please contact me and I will do my best to track it down. If for some reason your item is lost in the mail, be assured that I will either refund your money or replace/make your item.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am mot responsible for delays due to customs.

♥ Where does this store ship from?
Items from this store are shipped from Arlington Massachusetts.

♥ What shipping service do you use?
I ship all my orders using USPS.

♥ Do you offer item tracking?
Yes, each order shipped will include a tracking number in which I will provide you with. The cost of tracking is included in the shipping cost. For international orders I will provide a picture or copy of a receipt verifying your order has been shipped.

♥ How long will it take to receive my item?
Please allow 1-3 business day after payment has cleared for me to ship out your item. Custom orders, depending on the order, will take longer. The estimated time is about 7-10 business day after payment has cleared. For orders within the US please allow at least 7 business days to receive your order. For International orders please allow at least 21 business days for delivery. These are only estimates. Shipping times vary depending on where the item is going
**PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SOME CASES THE TIME IT TAKES TO CREATE AND SEND YOUR ITEM OUT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN THE AVERAGE STATED TIME ABOVE. Yes, I ship worldwide. However, please note that shipping charges are higher than orders from within the United States.
