Fine Print:

1) Lead Time:
Each of our items are custom made to order. Each item has a specific lead time; however, most of our items are created and shipped within about 2-4 weeks.

2) How Long Does Shipping Take:
-Shipping within the US generally takes about 7 business days to arrive. So if you need your order sooner please let us know your exact need by date ASAP. We will do our very best to accommodate.

-If we are shipping your order outside the US please be aware that International orders can take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on customs. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. Please purchase accordingly and cautiously - be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order. We charge actual shipping fees ONLY! Again we will not be responsible and will not pay your duty or tax fees.

3) Personalization:
Please note in the message box your personalization requests. If this information is not supplied in the message box during checkout your order will be delayed in production for days to weeks. If you did forget to note the personalized message, please convo us with your invoice link and the message you would like. Again, if you are on a deadline please let us know in the notes section or convo us. Some items come with personalization & some do not. Please read all listings carefully. Requests for extra engraving or painting will be an additional fee. Please convo us if you have questions about personalizing your order.

Dreams Do Come True...

Our journey started unintentionally, by chance if you will, the "good old fashioned" American way! After my son was born I had a strong desire to nest and create. Kyle and I began casually creating wedding decorations in our small craft room and opened our Etsy shop in 2009. To our delight our designs were well received and orders started to trickle in. Within a year we had outgrown our small craft room and today we find ourselves in a large warehouse in Southern California. It is with such aw and amazement that our humble crafting hobby has turned into a full time job and we are so proud of the brand we have created. Our signature rustic chic collection features a clever blend of California chic with delightful hints of Southern influence! Kyle is from a small town (think 1,000 people) in Arkansas while I am from a big city in California. When we met he introduced me to campfires, walks along the railroad tracks, and dips in the creek! I instantly fell in love with the Country lifestyle and I try and bring the warmth of the country mixed with the sparkle of the city into each and every one of my designs! I find it to be an alluring combination that is so romantic and sweet; hence why I like to call it rustic chic!

1) We currently have a 3-4 week lead time to make then ship most orders. Some orders may take longer to create -- our 3-4 week lead time is an approx. time frame. Bouquet orders can take 4-12 weeks to make then ship and some reserved listing can take several months to create then ship.

Once You Have Shipped My Order How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive It?
1) If you are located within the US, once the order is shipped, it generally takes 7 business days to arrive.

If you would like to upgrade to Express mail please convo us for a shipping quote. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution -- if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

How Do I Order With Combined Shipping?
1) Our shop is set up to automatically discount & combine the shipping fees on all orders. The way Etsy works combined shipping is it charges you the full amount for the most expensive item to ship then discounts all the other items in your order.
