Shipping
We ship USPS for most USA orders which usually offers delivery confirmation. Please contact us with any questions or concerns, info about international shipping and customs fees, upgrades or insurance. Buyer is responsible for all extra shipping, insurance and International shipping charges.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to accommodate you. Communication is key.

CONDITION
Keep in mind that you are buying vintage (used) items, so there may be minor imperfections.

We do our best to point out any flaws that we notice, but it is possible that we could overlook something.

Normal vintage wear and tear will not be included in the descriptions.

If you are concerned about the condition of an item, please contact us and ask for additional information and we will do our best to accommodate you.

EXCHANGES
Questions about exchanges for store credit are handled on a case by case basis.

To ensure your item will fit correctly, please double-check and compare the listing measurements and your own measurements.
We cannot issue a store credit for garments that do not fit as all the measurements are provided in the listing.
If you are unsure and have a question about the size or appearance of an item, contact us and we will try to answer and detailed questions you may have.

Damage is considered something that requires repair, not an issue that can be remedied by washing, dry cleaning, or spot removal.
Please keep in mind that vintage items are used and should not be expected to be in never worn condition.

No guarantee is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item.

Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there might be minor imperfections. Although we do our best to note any major flaw that we find we may miss trivial ones or ones that are characteristic of garments of a particular age and era .

We take great care of our vintage items but they have had a previous life so again, vintage items are sold "as is".

We try to present items in excellent vintage condition and only gently used, but please keep your expectations realistic.Things like pin sized holes, blemishes, standard signs of prior wear or age will not be noted in the product listing.

It is important that you notify us within two days of receiving your garment or item if you feel it has been majorly misrepresented. If you do not notify us within two days we will not be able to issue you a store credit.

In the case of an approved return for shop credit shipment costs will be the buyer's responsibility both ways.
The return shipment ( at the buyers expense) must be made via a method of shipping that includes a tracking number.

Garments and other items are expected to be in the exact same condition that they were in when they were shipped out. If the item has been modified, altered, stained, torn, or if the zipper was separated or broken due to force, then store credit cannot be issued.

The buyer must contact us for a return authorization before the garment is sent back.
If we have not authorized a return for store credit please do not send the garment or item back as will not accept unauthorized returns.

SALE items are final sale.
