wonderful gift!! very happy with Judith

Unfortunately, the product does not meet my expectations. The burned-in picture is pretty, but the quality of the box/wood leaves a lot to be desired: hammered nails, glue residues, pencil paintings, missing nails. The customer service was good: at my request I received a new box (without lid), also the shipping went smoothly. However, even this box was not flawless (e.B. it is crooked, so that the lid no longer fits on it.) The idea is great, but clean work looks different - especially for this price. A wedding gift should be as perfect as possible, this box is far from that. Very unfortunate...
