Please take the time to read my shop policies in order to ensure your shopping experience runs smoothly and efficiently.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of the transaction for ALL orders. Unpaid items will be cancelled AT THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY unless we hear from you.

If you are interested in items but are not yet ready to make a decision, please mark them as favorites rather than placing them in your cart, which removes them from my shop where other interested buyers cannot see them.
Shipping
IMPORTANT! All shipments are defaulted to your ETSY address. If your Paypal address is different and you want shipments sent there, please specify this in your NOTES TO SELLER when checking out. Do NOT send a separate convo as we get many orders and it’s easy to forget special instructions.

Standard items are shipped within 5-7 business days. Any special items, e.g. patinated, photo jewelry, etc., require longer wait times. Please check home-page announcements for latest updates.

All domestic packages are sent 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation. International orders are sent 1st Class Int'l. Insurance is MANDATORY on all orders over $100. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED PARCELS

Shipping addresses are extracted automatically from within Etsy’s invoice, ensuring that there will NEVER be a typo. Therefore, any discrepancies in shipping addresses are not from our end. Once the package leaves our shop, accurately labeled with the Etsy address provided by you, whatever occurs in transit at this point is the action of the US Postal Service and entirely out of our control. We are a high-volume shop and receive tons of shipping questions which we are unable to answer once the package is shipped.

We get many requests from our customers to check on shipping status. Please understand that any inquiries at this stage are INCUMBENT ON THE BUYER (not the seller) AND MUST BE TAKEN UP WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE or online at www.usps.com, using the tracking information that is automatically emailed to you. 1st Class Int’l packages are not traceable but you can supply your local PO with Customs Declaration Number that was included in your email notification.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange any damaged or incorrect items as long as they are in the original condition and packaging.
