I only accept returns in cases where the wrong item was shipped or was damaged in transit.
I had to adopt this policy after a few unpleasant situations where goggles were returned clearly having been worn to an event. I am not in the business of costume rental.

I accept paypal and money orders

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment is expected within 3 days after your order is placed. If you decide not to complete a transaction or if you need to delay your payment please let me know.

After 5 days without payment or communication I will close the transaction and leave negative feedback.

I try to ship all orders 2-3 business days (m-f) after they are placed. During times of high order volume it may take as many as 5 business days for your order to ship. If the shipping of your order will be delayed I will contact you to make you aware of the delay.

International Customers: Please be aware that your country may impose an additional customs charge for your item. This is not included in the cost to ship your item and varies widely by country. Please research what, if any, customs charges might apply before placing your order.

I am happy to take on commissions and special projects. I have tons of ideas for really fantastic steampunk gear , if you have an idea for something awesome that you haven't been able to find elsewhere let me know, I can almost certainly make it.

I make all the items in my shop in batches and wholesale orders are welcome please contact me for details.
