Nicole Odette hails from Brazil, designer and 2nd generation self taught silversmith.

The vibrant colors and energy of her homeland are reflected in every piece of jewelry she creates.
Her strong Brazilian roots give her access to remarkable unrefined gemstones.

Although durable for daily wear, my designs are not indestructible and should be handled + worn with care.
Each piece of jewelry is a work of art and should be treated as so.
Please do follow the care instructions included with each order.
If there should be any problem with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact me within 3 days of receipt.

Returns and exchange details
If an order does not meet your expectations, I will honor an exchange and/or refund as per return policies.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Upon receipt of a return, an exchange and/or shop credit will be issued.
If a refund is issued, there will be a 20% restock fee.
Jewelry must be returned unworn and unaltered within a week of receipt.
Earrings are not returnable for hygienic reasons.
A return/exchange will not be honored on opal jewelry that has been exposed to water/fluids, improperly cared for.
A care card is included in every order.
Items must be returned in the same box and packaging it was originally shipped in.
An exchange will not be honored in the event that an item is damaged due to improper packaging.

Jewelry is carefully wrapped, ready for gift giving in signature packaging.
Orders will ship accordingly as per the estimated ship date on the invoice.
Made to order designs will require additional time as will purchases made during a big sale.
In the event you need your order sooner, I will expedite packages upon request.

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
Every design has been entirely handcrafted.
Each gemstone is as unique as you are.
A care card is included with each order.
To preserve the individualistic beauty of your jewelry, please do not use heavy commercial abrasives, tarnish removers or ultrasonic cleaners on the jewelry. Pieces should be worn with care and not during aggressive activities or prolonged exposure to water - shower, swimming, etc.
This applies primarily to my hydroplane opals.
Avoid strikes or blows to the minerals/gemstones.
Store unworn jewelry in a box separate from other jewelry.
Most of my sterling silver has been oxidized. To preserve this blackened tarnish, avoid fluids and polishing of the metal. Oxidation may wear over time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Orders will arrive carefully wrapped in signature packaging, ready for gift giving.
How big are the gems you use?
All pertinent information can be found in the listing description. Please read the listings description prior to purchasing + leaving a review. Please do not assume the size of a gem based on images alone.
Can a ring be resized?
No, I am sorry. I would literally have to recreate an entirely new ring. All ring sizes offered can be found in a listings drop down menu.
Do you accept custom orders?
No, not at this time. I have too many open projects on the bench that I would like to complete prior to reopening this option. Thank you for understanding!
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes and no. My one of a kind, handcrafted designs are moderately priced as is. I would like to keep this pricing affordable for most. I do offer a bulk discount for larger orders. Feel free to inquire herein.
