Dear customers, please note that all jewelry are made to order and take 10-14 days to ship, though sometimes sooner. I make and do everything myself by hand and this is as fast as I can guarantee at this time. If you have a deadline and need something sooner, please contact me as soon as you can and I will try my best to make it work!
Please be ready to wait for 3 - 4 weeks while your new friend is getting to you.


Once your item has been shipped, I will send you a confirmation through Etsy. At that point, most of German orders should be received in 2-3 days. International orders vary from country to country.

Please understand that once I send your piece(s) out, what happens to it is out of my hands. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, I cannot be held responsible. In my experience these situations are very rare, but possible.

I will send you new items or will refund your payment if:
- your package didn't arrive to you after 1 month since I sent it to you.
- package returned to me.

I will not send you a new items or will refund your payment if:
- your package didn't arrive to you, but less then 1 month has passed since I sent it to you
- package didn't returned to me and it has been less as a month since I sent to you.

If I will immediately send you refunds or new pieces when they didn't arrive as you and me expected , then me and my small business will not survive, hope for understanding.
