Comecei a fazer joias em tempo integral em 2012.
Minha marca "Break A Stone" descreve as razões pelas quais tudo começou.
Não só descreve minha estética, mas também descreve a mim e ao meu ponto de vista para a vida. Eu queria que minha marca representasse a filosofia da minha vida de quebrar as dificuldades e desvantagens pessoais, mas principalmente romper este drama (referido como a Pedra) a maioria de nós infelizmente estava sujeita a toda a nossa educação que 'a vida é difícil e é melhor você seguir o caminho seguro... estudar, fazer uma carreira, ser útil ao 'sistema' e ter filhos'. Quando, em vez disso, decidi que seria melhor levar uma vida que eu escolher para mim. Não estou criticando aqueles que vão com o fluxo, mas depois de ter tentado tudo de mim mesmo, decidi que alguns deles não funcionam exatamente para mim.

Parece que o design tem sido meu principal interesse ao longo dos anos e ainda está crescendo. Fazer joias envolve horas e horas de trabalho no banco usando todos os tipos de ferramentas manuais, que também tem sido um dos meus pontos doces. Também acho que porque as joias refletem totalmente a personalidade e definem o estilo de seu dono e junto com o fato de que uma peça de joia pode acompanhar alguém através de mil vezes e anos isso só aumenta seu valor para mim.

Estou fascinado por cristais naturais como se pode dizer claramente do meu trabalho. As formas e cores deles muitas vezes definem a peça que estou criando. Às vezes, a metalúrgica é apenas a "moldura" para esta bela "pintura" desenhada pela natureza.

Posso me inspirar em qualquer coisa que me chame a atenção. Isso difere de tempos em tempos. As pessoas me inspiram, música, natureza. Eu também sou uma dessas pessoas que são mais criativas quando se sentem realmente felizes ou tristes. Ao passar por tais períodos na minha vida é como uma caixinha se abre para deixar toda a criatividade fora selvagem e livre.

I started making jewelry full time in 2012.
My brand name 'Break A Stone' pretty much describes the reasons it all started.
It not only describes my aesthetic but also describes me and my point of view towards life. I wanted my brand to represent my life’s philosophy of breaking though the hardships and personal drawbacks but mainly breaking through this drama (referred to as the Stone) most of us unfortunately were subject to all through our upbringing that ‘life is hard and you d better go the safe way…study sth, make a career, be useful to the ‘system’ and have kids’. When instead I decided I d better lead a life I choose for myself. I am not at all criticizing those who go with the flow, but after having tried all of the above myself I have decided that some of them don’t exactly work for me.

It seems that design has just been my main interest throughout the years and still is growing. Making jewelry involves hours and hours of work on the bench using all kinds of hand tools, which has also been one of my sweet spots. I also think that because jewelry totally reflects personality and defines the style of its owner and along with the fact that a piece of jewelry can accompany someone through a thousand times and years this just adds to its value for me.

I’m fascinated by natural crystals as one can clearly tell from my work. The shapes and colors of them often define the piece that I’m creating. Sometimes the metalwork is just the “frame” to this beautiful ‘painting’ drawn by nature.

I can be inspired by anything that catches my attention. This differs from time to time. People inspire me, music, nature.I am also one of those people that are mostly creative when they feel really happy or sad. When going through such periods in my life its just like a little box opens up to let all creativity out wild and free.
