Welcome to my Etsy Shop.
I strongly believe in customer service, and I will work with you in order to make you happy. I want my customers to be pleased with their purchases, and I like to treat people the way they would expect to be treated. If you have any problems with your order, please contact me before leaving feedback. I will be more than happy to work with you in order to resolve the problem. Accepted payment methods

Payment
I require PayPal payments to be received within 48 hours from the time the invoice is issued. If you are paying by PayPal please verify that your payment was processed correctly. You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal when your transaction has been completed successfully.
If no payment has been made within that 48 hours then your order will be canceled and relisted.
Shipping
Items will be shipped as expediently as possible. Most of the time, items will be shipped within Three ( 3 ) business days after payment is received. If there is a delay, I will notify you. Please also keep in mind that holidays and/or weekends may cause a slight delay in shipping as well.


Once I have sent out your order, you will receive an email from PayPal letting you know your package has been shipped. Items will be shipped USPS First Class mail in a bubble envelope or a sturdy box. The shipping prices listed are an estimate.
Shipping prices are based on packaging cost, shipping and handling.
If you would like to add tracking, confirmation or insurance please let me know at the time of purchase in the message box.

**International Shipments**
Please take note that international shipping charges are estimates based on approximate item weight.

**I cannot be responsible for the package once it is out of my possession.
It is recommended that the buyer purchases insurance--just in case the item is lost in the mail.
However, I will work with you in order to come to a solution where both parties will be satisfied.
Refunds and Exchanges
All orders are final due to the personalized nature of my artwork.
