    Our stamp manufacturing partner is a small business committed to quality. Each stamp is assembled by hand and handles are custom cut to match the size of your rubber die. That way there are no excess margins to catch ink!

Our Process

All products are designed in our small studio in Manahawkin, NJ by Kelli Arruzzo Jost. Our lettering is entirely our own style, so please be sure to look through our other items to get a sense of what this will look like!

All wood & acrylic signs are entirely hand painted—no stencils are used. This means that each and every sign that leaves our shop is unique. While we do our best to match the image in the listing, there will be slight variations.

Greeting cards are design, printed, cut, and packaged up in our studio. They are printed on French Paper's Speckletone paper, which has a visible grain.

Rubber stamps are designed and finished in our studio, but made with the assistance of our partner.

Our Lettering

Our lettering style is entirely our own. We cannot—and will not—match other styles found on the Internet, so please be sure to take a look through other items in our shop or our social media pages to get a feel for our style.

Care for Acrylic Signs

Acrylic is great because it is shatterproof, but, just like glass, it does show fingerprints and other markings.

We use a combination of oil based and acrylic paints which are extremely durable. These best way to remove fingerprints from these signs is using an eyeglass cleaning rag. You may also use glass cleaner, but we recommend using a glass cleaner sprayed onto a soft rag (DO NOT spray it directly onto the glass) so prevent the lettering from becoming oversaturated. This will keep the lettering sharp and free from scratches.

Lost & Delayed Packages

We'll be totally honest, shipping is the worst part of our job. Once an item leaves our studio and is passed along to the mail carrier, we lose all control of your package.

Delays happen, so it's not always that your item is lost... it may just be arriving later than expected. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages, though we try our best to help whenever we can.

If you are ordering with a strict (and tight) deadline, please send us a message before ordering. We will, in all likelihood, recommend USPS Express service as this the the only GUARANTEED service from USPS. We cannot be held responsible for your item arriving after the due date. Additionally, you may want to consider adding insurance to your order.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges on Custom Items

Most items in our shop are made to order. The great part of this is that each item that leaves our shop is unique. The downside is that, after an item is made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering and prior to any correspondence regarding your order, we will happily refund your order. However, once we have begun working on your item, we cannot issue you a full refund and may, in many cases, issue you a store credit instead.
