We want to make sure every customer knows the danger of giving our barrettes and Baby Booties to any person under the age of 12. Things such as the appliques on our clippies are only glued on and can be pulled off with enough force which can result in a choking hazard. On the Baby Booties the ribbon used for laces can be a choking hazard if a child is left untended.
Warning: CHOKING HAZARD -Small Parts and Strings. A lot of our items have appliques and other parts that can result in choking!

We ship first class USPS (USA and CANADA) with insurance (USA only). If you would like us to do an upgrade just let us know and we will charge you the difference.

You as the buyer are responsible for any customs duties, VATs, or import taxes. All customs forms will be labeled with the actual sale price of your purchases. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Anything shipped out of country is not our responsibility to replace as we may be unable to purchase insurance for your item. We can always offer a copy of the receipt from our post office as proof of shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Baby Booties can be exchanged if the sizing isn't what you thought. However, the item must be returned in perfect condition the way we sent it out to you. We will not pay for shipping on returns. Custom orders are non refundable if they are made special (if it is an item I make that used to be in stock it is still exchangeable). All exchanges must be for current in stock items. Simply send us a conversation requesting the item you desire to switch and we will hold it for you.
We do not allow other refunds unless there is a rare circumstance. Just send us a conversation and we can see what we can do for you.
ALL exchanges must be submitted within the first week after you receive your item(s) in the mail.
Please double check your spelling on custom orders as we only replace paper goods if there is a mistake on our end. Individual computer monitors are calibrated differently so that there may be a slight color difference between what is on screen and what you shall receive. A sample card can be requested free of charge prior to any purchase.
