Note from shop owner Etsy forces US Seller's to consent to Plaid's terms and encourages them to give out their bank login credentials to this "service" when, with they are perfectly equipped to verify directly the accounts themselves, which they will do with sellers outside of the US. Etsy harassed and threatened to suspend my shop for months while it continued to withdraw money to renew my listings, then somehow months later I login and it says my account is verified. Wow how magical. But if I want to change my bank account, by clicking EDIT I agree to Plaid's terms, once again. I am closing this bank account, so would need to edit it to continue on Etsy. I will not be forced to consent to terms, which I have reviewed, which I do not consent to and are absolutely unneccessary. I started on Etsy in 2007. I have a link below to my original shop. It's unfortunate that Etsy treats it's sellers this way and is no longer a supportive marketplace for individuals. I have not been active on here anyhow.
