Returns and exchanges

Refund or exchanges within 7 days of receiving item. Item MUST be in original condition and include all packing. Shipping is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Return Shipping for orders over $25 must be done via USPS Priority Flat-rate small boxes (which are free at the post office) which include $50 insurance and tracking, I ask that you please add some shipping tape on the panel with the sticky part, I've found they don't always hold during shipping. Orders under $25 can be done through USPS First Class mail in a small bubble envelope.

Shipping

All packages are sent USPS, unless otherwise noted.
Most items are shipped 3 Day Priority that comes with Delivery Confirmation & $50 insurance is included for US Customers only, any additional insurance must be asked for before shipping. My Stacking Rings and other items that are under $20 are shipped out USPS 1st Class Mail, unless requested an upgrade by the buyer. Most items ship out on Wednesdays (my regular day off).
