Got the crossword Father's Day card because I thought my dad would enjoy completing the puzzle. It arrived quickly, but the execution is incredibly poor. The puzzle is haphazardly glued on and under that, the newspaper mat is not cut at an angle, as shown. This means the text is straight and you can read the article it came from. That wouldn't have been a problem if the seller hadn’t chosen to use a movie review that talks about rape and kidnapping. I also got the answer key and found 4 typos/mistakes, but you can’t solve the puzzle without it. The solution shows 4 random places that are supposed to have 3 letters ("DAD") in a single square, which is a cute idea, but there’s no way of knowing that without the key. In a pandemic, I wanted to support a small business, but I spent money on a card I’m too embarrassed to give my dad.
