There can be an “expected” delivery date sent by Etsy that can be further out...all orders will ship by me within 3-5 business days unless item description says otherwise (pre orders). All items are sent Free! First Class USPS. If for some reason there is a slight delay, I will message you directly!
Postal delays are occuring throughout the country because of the ongoing pandemic. Please plan ahead if purchasing a gift!
Please make sure address is accurate at checkout. Shipping provider is standard first class USPS. Lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” will not be replaced or refunded at my expense. I am not responsible for the items once they leave my studio. By completing your order at checkout, you are confirming that policy. No exceptions, thank you for understanding.

Due to the nature of this craft, I do not offer refunds, returns, exhanges. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact me within 7 days through etsy. All pieces made are a labor of love made at the best of my ability with quality materials and packaged well for shipment. Earrings for example are shipped in a kraft stuffed box in a bubble mailer.
Shipping
I make it a priority to send each item in a quick manner, however, any delays that may occur because of illness or large volume of orders, will be announced via social media and Etsy message.
PLEASE ensure shipping address is correct before completed transaction. If an item is returned to me non deliverable, the buyer is responsible for re-shipment charges.

The utmost care is taken to ensure that my products remain strong and durable. High quality lead and nickel free supplies are used to ensure safety for all skin types. There is the potential for breakage if care/gentleness with our products is not exercised. My items contain small parts, which could pose a choking hazard. Jewelry should be removed before sleeping, swimming, sports,etc. By purchasing from Brick House Creations, you acknowledge full responsibility and agree to all terms set forth. Brick House Creations Assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Supervision is required. ***
Jewelry & hair accessories have small parts may become loose & pose a choking and strangulation hazard. Please use common sense when wearing and ensure gift giving is appropriate for the age of the recipient.
Stainless steel, antique bronze/brass, antique copper metals are a common metal used in Brick House Creations. If for some reason they show a blemish over time, do not attempt to clean with jewelry/silver polish as it may cause damage. Polish with a soft cloth for jewelry polishing or one you would use to clean glasses or electronics.
Despite every effort to accurately represent each product's color and texture, variance may occur due to differences in computer monitor/mobile device settings.
