Welcome to my etsy shop! Nearly every component of my work is fabricated by hand but often includes found objects, natural materials, and manufactured pieces as accents where appropriate. My work is all very deeply rooted in craft and I strive to make ordinary things that may be overlooked in nature or everyday life into something precious. For example, using bits of felted wool as another jeweler might use precious gems.

The following policies are effective as of June 2, 2010. As this is my shop, I reserve the right to cancel a sale should these policies not be adhered to or communication not be reached in a timely manner. Thank you.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I firmly stand by the quality of my work. If, however, there is a defect or breakage during normal wear, I will gladly repair or replace your purchase under the following conditions. The item must be returned with the original (or sufficient) packaging. If a refund should be required, it will be made only upon the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping costs. Prior to shipping anything back, you MUST contact me or no refund will be given. In regards to custom orders, no refund or returns will be accepted except in the aforementioned event of a defect or breakage from normal wear. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct measurements for sizing rings, necklace lengths, garments, etc.
I prefer payment through Paypal but realize that this may not be possible for all etsyians and therefore currently also accept payment by way of money order. If paying through Paypal I would appreciate extremely prompt payment as etsy encourages in their policies. If this is not possible, I would expect Paypal payment within 2 days of the initial sale. Please contact me through my conversations should this be an issue for some reason. Failure to contact me and/or make payment within the allotted time will result in a cancellation of the sale.

If you are making your payment with a money order I ask that you send me a conversation at the time of purchase informing me of this. Failure to follow this request in a timely manner will result in a cancellation of the sale.
To keep shipping costs low I try to ship first class on items under 13 oz. Should you require your purchase more quickly than that, I can upgrade to priority mail which typically will get to you next day. Other shipping options are available so please contact me if you would like any alternative method. If you choose an alternative method, please contact me immediately after purchase so that I can adjust the shipping price accordingly prior to payment. When possible I ship the next day, however, if I am unable to do so, I will contact you, the buyer, and let you know exactly when I will be shipping your purchase out.
Shipping insurance is available upon request at the expense of the buyer. Please note that you would like insurance in the message to seller box or by conversation immediately after purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please allow up to two weeks for custom orders to be completed. Should you require your purchase sooner, please contact me, otherwise all custom orders will be made in the order they are purchased. All made to order items will be labeled as such in the item's description. Feel free to contact me with any inquiries regarding custom orders. I am not currently taking any wholesale or consignment inquiries. Thank you.
