Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
The shop will, depending on the request, conduct custom or personalized orders as in the following:
- differing color of stone/bead
- alternative stringing/sizing
- different color chain/finishing
- one of a kind piece
All customs must first be cleared with shop owner via email/Etsy conversation.
Once approved, customer must provide a detailed description of desired item and, if possible, a photo for guidance.
Prices may vary. Coupons do not apply.
If more is needed, feel free to contact shop owner by way of message; however, keep in mind, any last minute changes (>48 hours) may incur additional fees.
Once custom item has been listed in shop, customer has 36 hours to purchase before custom item will be removed from shop.

Feel free to reach out to the shop via Message if you are looking for an adjusted size or more of a particular item.
What are the crystal beads and seed beads made of?
Glass. Aside from plastic letter beads, the shop does not use plastic beads to compose a piece of jewelry.
The purpose is for the durability and value add to the piece.
Will the color of the beads fade on my crystal/seed bead bracelet?
Great care is taken to select glass beads that have color fused within the bead to ensure that the color does not fade. However, there are some styles (metallic or AB) that present a coating.
If this particular type is selected, please be sure to keep away from heat or prolonged contact with water - as these exposures will cause deterioration.
It is a general rule of thumb to take care of your pieces by reducing exposure to water, extreme heat or chemicals. The key to long lasting jewelry is the care.
