Welcome to our new shop, Bridal 360 Degrees. Our name is a reflection of what we do here. Our goal is to have a shop that offers everything bridal from the accessories to the dress. Our passion is perfection and to serve our customers is a joy. We love creating beautiful things and doing our best is our goal. If the item listed is not perfect it is not listed. You can be assured that you will receive quality products at Bridal 360. That is our goal and mission for Bridal 360.

Returns and exchanges
As stated above we don't accept responsibility for damaged goods done by US mail. We do package our shipments with extreme caution so damage does not occur. We DO except EXCHANGES on items. We will not except RETURNS except on any single items of 20.00 and up. Once you receive any item $20.00 and up you have two day in which to contact me for return instructions. WE WILL NOT EXCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 7 DAYS. People have worn our items and then returned them. This is why we have a strict return TIME FRAME POLICY. Customers pay all shipping fee (to-from) Your refund will be the price of the item only. We do not except in returns damage goods.
Payment
Bridal 360 only accepts Paypal. Please use paypal after your purchase. We ask that you pay upon purchasing the item you have selected. If you can't pay upon purchase please email us and let us know when payment will be received. Please be careful with your purchase as it is very difficult to cancel an order after it has been purchased. Taxes are added for California resident only at this time. So if you live in California you will be charged taxes on your order. If you are purchasing wholesale please convo us first.
Shipping
Shipping charges are pre-calculated in each listing. All orders are shipped US 1st Class Mail. It is the fastest way to ship. If the item is over 15oz it is shipped priority or express and you may see a spike in shipping rate on a item. It is because it will ship Priority which is more expensive. If you want insurance you must convo first. Delivery confirmation is .85 cents extra. Insurance is according to the price of the item purchase. But nevertheless it is a small price to pay for peace of mind. International customers will pay $5.95 for first item (small package) and up to $4.00 each additional items. Internation shipping has gone up recently and out of my control. WE DO NOT EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES GOODS DONE BY THE POSTAL SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS UP TO YOU (THE CUSTOMER) TO PAY EXTRA FOR INSURANCE. We have been shipping items for ten years now and have had only ONE item damage in the mail. That is a very good record for the US postal service.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Work: We do accept custom orders or alterations of items already listed. Simple alterations of items already listed in our shop are free of charge. More complex alterations are at an additional small fee, usually around $5.00. For custom work please convo me first for fee's. If you like an item listed and want it totally changed convo for re-pricing fee.
As a bridal shop we realize many brides have color choices already in the works. We will accommodate any color choice and change any of our listed items in the colors of your choice. We can change components, colors, and fabrics. We will also work off of your own design and creations.
For all of the above we prefer you send a swatch of color/fabric so we can achieve a perfect match.
TIMING: For simple alterations of items already listed it usually take 1-2 days depending on how busy we are.
For custom work and color changes it takes 3-7 days depending upon how busy we are.
For custom color designs we recommend sending a swatch which takes 2-4 days to arrive. We then add that time of arrival to the time it takes to create (3-7) and now total time of completion is 10-12 days (only when we're waiting for swatches)
