1 out of 5 starsContacted the shop because I wasn't happy and all she said was well that's how it is. I ordered white panties with silver gems and you can't even read them. Was a waste of $35. They're aerie underwear that are $5 and gems that probably cost $2 that I can't even read. I understand you have to make money but I would've like to read the panties for that cost. I'm disappointed and the seller didn't even offer another option, just blew me off. If you do decide to order, go for the darker gems or go elsewhere.

It's unfortunate you weren't happy. The order was done correctly and quickly. Same day turnaround. There was no reason for a refund. Plus there are no refunds on items worn. I responded same day to all of your questions. Just seemed that unless you got your undie for free you weren't happy. I'm always here to answer any questions regarding style or color.

I have always loved sharing in all of the fine details of weddings. From my own wedding to my friends, I could sit for hours chatting and creating!
One night I had the idea to create my own tulle train undie - and just loved it and thought why not share them with other brides. I would have never believed by opening my store on etsy that it would bring so much joy! It's given me an incredible place for me to be creative and really enjoy hearing from brides and helping them with that final detail of what to wear under thier dress. Which we all know is as important as the dress!
With this store I want to help enrich a bride and grooms romantic day!

Unfortunately I do not accept returns on bridal undies. Please make sure that the listing you purchase is for the correct size and undie. There will be NO refunds for incorrect sizes or not fitting. If you have any questions regarding sizes please convo me so that I can make sure that you get the perfect undie for your big day.

Shipping
I use Etsy for creating my shipping labels. Please verify that the address you have on file with Etsy matches the address you would like me to ship to (I use USPS). If you would like your order shipped to an address other than what you have on file with Etsy, please contact me ASAP.
For orders outside of the United States, please be aware that I cannot be responsible for any customs charges, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases. I ship first class international through the United States Post Office which takes 2 to 4 wks. I can not be responsible for the time it takes for your order to get to you for international orders since first class mail does not have tracking, so please order with plenty of time for your order to get to you. Unfortunately I do not ship through other outside companies for international orders due to costs - one way of helping keep my prices low.
Please let me know if you would like to add insurance or need it faster than first class prior to purchase, so I can adjust the shipping cost. All items ship USPS First Class which takes 2 - 5 days shipping - if needed faster please let me know so I can help get it to you quicker with upgraded shipping. Post office isn't perfect so please allow a good 2 weeks to receive your item. Have a deadline please contact me so I can do my best on my side to get it shipped out.
