Welcome to Bride & Entourage, where we offer beautiful bridal party shirts, sashes, zip-up hoodies and more with that special touch.
You can personalize and customize almost all of our designs. If you are not finding what you are looking for just send an Etsy message to our wonderful girls in customer service who will work with you to make your imagination come true.

Returns and exchange details
CANCELLATIONS:

Sorry, but all our products are made to order, we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed.

EXCHANGES:
DO NOT SEND A SHIRT BACK TO US WITHOUT OUR OK TO DO SO!! Packages returned to us without prior authorization will not be opened, you will receive a listing you can purchase within 5 business days to have the package send back to you, after that it will be donated.

There are very few exceptions where we might agree to an exchange. In this case, once you receive our authorization to send an item back you will need to do so within 5 business days. We recommend that you purchase tracking with your return. Once we receive the returned item(s) in new, unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no smoke, undamaged etc. condition, we will send you a link to purchase re-shipping. Should we consider the item(s) nonreturnable because it does not fulfill above mentioned conditions, we can send it back to you, however, you will also have to pay for shipping within 5 business days again. If you fail to do so, we will donate the item(s). So please make sure that the shirt is in perfect condition before you consider an exchange.

REFUNDS and OOPSIES

If we made a mistake, we apologize and we will work diligently with you to get the correct product to you as soon as possible. However we are unable to refund you for the order or any shipping charges, even if your event has passed. We cannot urge you enough to order in plenty of time to account for any human error.
Please inspect your package immediately after receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and it looks like your order might be damaged or stained as well, please do not open the package but go to your local post office with it to file a claim. We cannot file a claim for you in this case, because we do not have the package to proof the damage here.

In order to claim a replacement from us, follow these steps:

1) Send us a very clear picture of the damaged or wrongly sent item within 3 business days after receiving your package. After 3 business days we can no longer send out a replacement since the item might have been worn, washed and damaged in the process, no exceptions!

2) Once we review the pictures, we will ask for further information if needed. When we ask you to return the item(s) in question please bring it to the post office within 5 business days. We also very strongly recommend to purchase tracking. If we do not receive the item back and you have no proof of delivery, we cannot replace it. In some cases we will not ask for a return but send you a replacement right away.
Please do not request a replacement for items that have clearly been damaged by opening the package with scissors, that have been washed or have a stain that is so obvious, that it would not have been overlooked by our production/packaging team. We can identify damages quite well and it is not in our interest to refuse a replacement if we are at fault, but we will not replace products that have been damaged after they left our shop.
Payment
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards as well as Etsy gift cards. Please understand that all payments have to be received before we can start working on your order.
Etsy is very diligent in keeping your information private, so we cannot charge your credit card in case you want to add or upgrade your order. In such cases, we will send you a listing you can purchase through the Etsy messaging system.
Shipping
IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please make sure to CHECK YOUR ETSY MESSAGES FREQUENTLY after you placed an order until you receive your package in case we have a question regarding your order! Do NOT email us, we simply cannot reply to email messages. The use of the Etsy messaging system is very easy and convenient and you can always expect a timely reply during business days/hours.

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Our current processing time is about 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri), however, during high wedding season it sometimes might take a bit longer. Even though we do our best to ship your order as fast as possible, please keep in mind that the "scheduled to ship" date on your order receipt is only an estimate not a binding date.

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have a NEED-BY-DATE, please put it in the notes to seller at time of purchase and we will do everything in our power to get your goodies out on time. "Asap" does not expedite the processing time for your order.

SHIPPING:

If you wish to upgrade shipping or purchase shipping insurance, please message us immediately, since your package might be ready to ship earlier than scheduled, and we will send you a link to purchase the upgrade or insurance.

Most of our packages are shipped with USPS First Class.

Shipping times within the US according to USPS information (not including processing times):

First Class: 2-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days

Due to time restraints we do not always send a tracking number, however, feel free to message us and we will gladly send it to you.

Shipping internationally with USPS (not including processing times):

First Class: Varies by destination, please inquire via Etsy message
Priority Mail: 6 - 10 business days to many major markets
Express Mail: 3 - 5 business days to many major markets

Any VAT, taxes, duties or any other fees are the customer's responsibility. Do not purchase internationally if you are not ready to pay any additional fees which might be charged according to your country's regulations.
If you fail to pay fees charged to receive your package your merchandise might be discarded after a while. We do not accept returned packages from other countries.

LIABILITY:

We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop. You do have the option to purchase insurance (see "SHIPPING"). All shipping information is to our best knowledge and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it.

INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE INPUT OF SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED BY DATE:

If you entered a wrong shipping address when ordering or you forgot to make a note of your need by date at checkout and you contact us immediately after placing the order via Etsy messaging, our customer service will do their best to inform the production and shipping team about the changes. We will do our best to accommodate that change, however we cannot guarantee it.

We are not responsible for any inconvenience, lost package, delays or extra charges that might apply for you to get the package to the new address. We really do our best to honor a change of address request but we need to trust our customers to know their correct address and input it correctly in the checkout process. If a package is returned to us, we will send you a link to purchase re-shipping to the correct address. If you fail to do so within 5 business days after we informed you about the returned package, your item/s will be donated to a charitable cause. Please make sure to double check your address including apartment number if applicable and your zip code.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

Once in a while a product might not be available from our usual brand. We then will exchange the product with a different brand if that is close to the original.

QUANTITY PURCHASED:

You will receive the quantity purchased which is not necessarily the same quantity as in the pictures (see details in the listings).

ADDITIONAL SHIRTS NEEDED:
If you forgot to order an additional shirt and you had custom writing, please send us a picture of the previous writing so we can match the additional shirts as close as possible to sizing and placement.

WRITING:
If you do not specify writing or writing color, we will send you what is in the first applicable picture.
If you do not specify where you would like the back writing to be, we will put it where we believe it looks best on the shirts/sweatshirts. Most sayings will be placed on the lower back however some will be placed below the racerback if we think it looks better =)

SHIRT COLOR:
Shirts within one order can vary slightly in color. and sizing since the manufacturer sends us shirts that are dyed and sewn within different batches. This is not something in our control but we make sure that the variances are not significant.

SIZING:
We highly recommend to always use the measurement charts in the listings (if none is available in the listing, please request one via Etsy message) as well as reading the listing thoroughly.
A variation of 1 1/2 inches in sizing for a product laying flat is considered industry standard.

COLOR VARIATIONS ON DIFFERENTLY CALIBRATED SCREENS:

Even though we try our best to provide a picture that is as close as possible to the original, some shirt and writing colors might look a little different on your screen than it does on ours. This can happen and is no reason to claim a replacement or refund. The same applies if you ordered a "heather" shirt and you expected a solid color one.

PRESS MARKS ON PRODUCTS:

Our production process often involves a professional grade heat press which can leave a mark or line where the shirt has been pressed. This is a completely normal result of the professional process we use and we do not replace items or return them due to this.

PROOFS:

Only proofs discussed and approved prior to ordering can be accommodated and might cost a small fee. Please make sure to leave exact and complete instructions in your order notes and there will not be the need for a proof.

Props in Pictures:
Any Necklaces, Hangers or other items that are not the garment described in the listing or specifically mentioned in a listing as being part of the items you are purchasing, are not included in the sale.
