I try to promptly respond to all conversations throughout the day and typically respond within 48 hours. BrideMadeCalifornia is closed on weekends. I will respond to messages sent after 5 p.m. on Friday as soon as I can on Monday.

Frequently asked questions
How Can I Find My Items Estimated Shipping Date?
We ship all items within the time frame listed on every listing or on the shipping date listed on the purchase receipt. You can view your items ship by date by viewing your Etsy receipt page.
If you contact us before placing an order about needing an order at for a specific date and we agree, you as the customer, must advise in the "notes to seller" the date needed by. Failure to do this may result in the items tardiness.
We can guarantee ship by dates, however we cannot guarantee package arrival dates. We typically mail 2/3 Day Priority, but USPS delays are a possibility therefore we like to allow a full 5 days for delivery from the shipping date.
I Placed My Order! Now What?
Once you've placed your order you will...
- Receive an automatic message from our shop confirming your order has been placed.
- If you've elected to receive a mock up of your order you will receive a message from me within 5 business days. Approvals of mock ups are required before production and failure to provide approval may cause your shipment to be delayed.
- Once your order is approved it will enter the crafting phase and you will be notified once shipped and provided with a tracking number.
What if i'm in a RUSH?
If you need your items prior to the date listed on the listing or on the shipping date listed on the purchase receipt please contact me before purchasing the "RUSH ORDER" listing. This will allow your order to jump the design queue, but does not cover rush or overnight shipping. Please message me if you are looking for expedited shipping options.
Can You Meet My Deadline?
We typically ship USPS 2/3 Day Priority with a tracking number on all items , however we cannot guarantee arrival dates as USPS can be unpredictable at times. We can guarantee ship by dates!
We recommend a ship by date that is at least 5 business days before your deadline. Please see the previous FAQ above to determine your ship by date. If you need to change your order date to allow for the estimated 5 business day shipping window please send us a message with your new ship by date before purchasing the RUSH ORDER listing.
