All US shipments are sent delivery confirmation, ALL OTHERS: please see SHIPPING for details. PLEASE check your address: the Paypal address prevails and if you require it to be shipped elsewhere, convo me with the details. I ship within FOUR (4) days of receipt of payment (Mon-Fri) sooner if Please pay within THREE days of purchase to prevent a paperwork nightmare. If you will be delayed PLEASE convo me so I can hold your items, otherwise, I will have to cancel the sale and return items to inventory.

If you are unhappy in anyway with your order, PLEASE contact me rather than leave comments in FEEDBACK so we can resolve the issues.
I really want you to be happy with your purchases; we all work hard for our money and deserve the best products for it. We live in a NON SMOKING home, but do have an elder cat and two terriers dogs. Nothing personal they tell me, but my findings are just not their style and choose not to use them. I DO have gremlins who visit and hide things on occasion.

I want you to be happy with your purchases. I am NOT a professional photographer, but describe my findings as honestly as I can. If you are unhappy, please convo me and I am sure we can work it out. Refunds will be made if you contact me to make arrangements within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, return the merchandise in the condition it was sent to you, minus the shipping charges paid to send to you. Return shipping will be at your expense. When I receive it, I can then do a refund.
I accept PAYPAL and money orders Please pay within 3 days of completing your order. Shipment on money orders or e-checks cannot happen until payment clears. If you need to cancel for any reason, contact me so I can do the paperwork with etsy to have them refund my fees. Please do not ask me for a SPECIAL LISTING unless you really intent to purchase.
All US shipments are sent with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. I take great pains to pack in bubble wrap, secure all findings and glass securely prior to shipping. When I receive tracking that the package has been delivered, I am no longer responsible. If you have a "Mail problem" please request insurance. I keep my freight as reasonable as possible and refund when appropriate, ie. if you happen to order several times within a day or two and pay numerous times. If the weight of your order makes it more economical to ship PRIORITY MAIL, I will do that. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I do customs forms and convo that number to you; once the package is taken to the USPS I am no longer responsible for its delivery. You can purchase tracking that comes with insurance with EXPRESS MAIL. I am so sorry. I only ship to Italy with EXPRESS MAIL.

I am not a machine, I am human and VERY capable of screwing up from time to time. If something is missing or miscounted, EMAIL me immediately, it probably was one of the CATS, or GREMLINS that live in my studio! But I will take full responsibility!
