About

Bringing elements together.

I make things like breathing. Its part of who I am but sometimes it gets stuck until I remember to breathe deeply, look around, and engage in the world.

My room / studio / workshop is filled with inspirations, books and materials that I've collected from all over the place. Its cluttered but organized so I can find that missing piece to finish a design, or that technique I hadn't thought to use yet. I love that challenge of discovering how a project will come to completion in a way I never expected.

I dream of being able to focus entirely on sharing stories and inspiration through my creations. Being a part of etsy is a big step towards making that happen. Thank you so much for that.

Completely enthralled with stories, animals and the natural world I have grown up exploring Canada with my family and friends when I'm not at home making things.

Thanks for considering my work! I'm always so happy when people show interest in my creations. <3

I always strive to make quality products, whatever media I end up working with. I'm habitually trying new skills and techniques that tend to influence back on all my other works. The variety certainly keeps me focused. I think I love seeing what I can make next the most and its that challenge that drives me.

Shipping
If your country is not listed in the shipping rates or you require insurance for your order please contact me in advance of your purchase so I can calculate the appropriate shipping rates and update a listing for you.

My packaging is done meticulously to prevent it from damage during shipping. You may be surprised at the length I go (or the amount of tape used) to keep things waterproofed when necessary! I also reuse clean materials for packing whenever possible. Please recycle any extra that you can when you get your package!
Refunds and Exchanges
I absolutely do my best to meet your expectations of my products and guarantee that your order is correct but mistakes can happen even in the face of paranoid attempts at perfection.

If you recieve a damaged or incomplete order please let me know immediately and I'll do what I can to fix it for you.

If you otherwise wish to return an item please contact me within a week of receiving the package to sort out the details. If it is an item that I can accept as a return (most non-customized crafts) then once I receive the returned product in its original state, clean and undamaged, I will refund you its full cost. You will be still be responsible for the initial and return shipping costs of the items and any custom fees incurred.
Additional policies and FAQs
I make all my products in a smoke and practically scent free home. We (my family and I) have severe sensitivities so we know what its like to be exposed to something that seems doused in perfume or the like. You won't be getting those from me!

Also of note is that there are only fish-type-pets currently in the home so there is a minimum of fur around my materials. However I do pet-sit regularly so I can't guarantee there won't be a few cat or dog hairs that manage to get into your package. I wash my hands a lot though! :3

(And yes all my pet-buddies are awesome. It works really well to get out walking or playing with them as a break from hiding in my room working on making things and helps me recharge with new inspiration.)
