I purchased the '30' balloons for my parents 30th wedding anniversary and when I went to have them inflated with helium one of the tabs completely ripped off while taking it out of the package. Needless to say I couldn't use them and had to new balloons which ended up being bigger and costed me $10 per balloon($20 total). I was super stressed out as soon as the tab on the balloon came off. Would you mind refunding me for the balloons? *SHOP OFFERS NO RETURNS* :is basically what the shop owners response was. I'm NOT happy at all. $40 in balloons later...

I am always very sorry to hear about bad experiences. I have "No Refunds on Balloons" posted on each listing. I do not see my balloons as defective in this situation, as you stated they ripped while you were taking them out of the package. This sounds more like user error. If I gave refunds for every situation like this, I would not be in business. This is why policies are in place. The main policy is no refunds on balloons. I'm still very sorry to hear about your experience and am glad you found other balloons for the event. Happy Anniversary to your parents.

I purchased this item on November 15th. The seller sent me a message 8 days later apologizing that my order has not shipped yet and said it was an oversight since she should have shipped it days ago. She said she would ship the item in 2 days (which would make it 10 days after my purchase). I replied to the seller telling her the date of my daughter's party and said assured me that I would have the balloons in time. Today (2 weeks after I made the purchase) the seller messages me that she cancelled my order since she can no longer fulfill it. My daughter's party is now two days away. She she has left me in a situation where I cannot purchase these balloons from another seller and get them in time for the party. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this seller. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I agree, this situation was very unprofessional. Again, I am very sorry about the whole ordeal. I admitted my fault and refunded your order completely. Orders usually take a week to make, plus time for shipping. With the Thanksgiving holiday, there was confusion on my part because I thought all of my orders were due to go out the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was sure I could get the order to you in time for your daughter's party. Then I had issues with shipping labels and the order was returned to me. At that point, there was no time to get it to you in time. I know these are just excuses in the long run, but I am truly sorry for the disappointment. If you would ever like to try my shop again, please let me know and I will send you something free of charge. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.

Hi! My name is Megan. I'm the creator of Bright So Slight. It's a little party supply shop that I started after deciding I would be better off working for myself. I have always struggled with depression and anxiety, so creating such a happy environment of my own was key to coming out of a dark place in my life. Being surrounded by balloons has a way of lifting my spirits like nothing ever has.
