Announcement    ❤ We delight in creating beautiful goddess art as special gifts for you and your loved ones. Thank you for honoring us with your stories and your trust! ❤

SPECIAL NOTES (7/30):

+Custom orders are closed through the month of August. Custom spots will reopen in September. We will also have a complete shop vacation the final week of August.

+Our business hours are 9-4 Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. This affects our shipping days and our conversation reply time. It is normal for there to be a two-day gap in conversation reply or shipping day. We appreciate your patience and understanding with the limits of our small, home-grown business. :)

+Our most recent newsletter is available here: mailchi.mp/brigidsgrove/lammascauldron

Thank you for being a customer and for inviting our work into your home. It is a sacred trust and we appreciate you!

Items are handcrafted when you order. We cannot absolutely promise a specific delivery day, since it is in the hands of the postal service once it leaves our hands. We do our best to ship items within 3-5 days of order dates (7 days for customs and 1-2 days for pre-made items like OOAKs or charms).

We choose not to offer “free shipping” in the shop, because no shipping is ever free, it is bundled into the cost of your items. By paying actual shipping charges (which is what we charge), you actually save money on total item costs when buying more than one item. Thank you for helping keep commerce human and humane, by recognizing that there are real people, working hard, behind your orders! ❤️

We are happy to ship all over the world. Postal rates are high for international orders and unfortunately this must be reflected in our shipping charges. We are happy to refund any shipping overcharges as we navigate the new rates, but in general it now costs a minimum of $13 to mail anything (even a quite small package) overseas from our home in the US. The calculated shipping feature also struggles to combine shipping on orders, so if you see a high total shipping for multiple items, rest assured that we will also refund any excess that arises here. Most packages, even for multiple items, actually cost no more than $25 to ship internationally (and about $9 to ship within the US), so if you want more than one item, don't be afraid!

Brigid’s Grove is your source for Story Goddesses, original goddess sculptures, goddess art, ceremony resources, crone wisdom, priestess jewelry, priestess resources, blessingway gifts, red tent resources, blessing bundles, birth art, altar sculptures, goddess jewelry, ritual kits and supplies, birth altar figurines, earth-based cycle celebration, priestess education and adornment, and publications and workshops for intentional, creative, spiritual living.

We help you celebrate lifecycle transitions and pivotal moments through art and ceremony. We use visual, artistic expression as a means of story-telling and experience-sharing. We create art and ceremony in order to “tell about it.”

Molly and Mark co-create original Story Goddesses, goddess sculptures, goddess art, birth art, priestess jewelry, goddess pendants, and mini goddesses. Molly sculpts the original designs and Mark molds and casts the sculptures in resin and in lead-free pewter. We also have a line of ceremony and ritual kits and Red Tent resources as well as mother blessing charms, first moon bundles, crone gifts, and miscarriage memorial items. Brigid's Grove integrates Molly's priestess work with our family's shared interests in creative, intentional, sacred living, as well as gemstones, metal work, and nature.

Brigid is the Irish triple goddess of smithcraft, poetry, and midwifery. She is also a Christian saint associated with midwives, birthing mothers, and infants. We chose our shop name based on how beautifully Brigid represents the interests and skills of our whole family.

Brigid's Grove is a partnership between husband and wife team, Molly and Mark. We've been happily married since 1998 and have four energetic children. Molly has a lifelong interest in women’s issues and women’s empowerment. With time, that passion came to focus on birth and breastfeeding and then continued to evolve into a commitment to the entire spectrum of Women’s Mysteries throughout the seasons of a woman’s life. While Molly created birth art during each of her pregnancies, with their third child she began making a series of polymer clay birth art goddesses to express and explore her feelings during the childbearing year. After 15 years of professional work in Computer Information Systems and ten years of metal-working as a hobby, Mark took the leap into self-employment to join the rest of his family in our home-based life in the woods of central Missouri in 2013. He first expanded his interest in metalwork into pewter casting and together we began translating Molly's goddess sculptures into an original series of resin sculptures and pendants. At Brigid's Grove, we create Story Goddesses, original goddess sculptures, publish Womanrunes book and card sets, offer a free learning community in the Creative Spirit Circle, and offer online priestess and red tent facilitator trainings.

Why Brigid?

Brigid is the Irish triple goddess of smithcraft/metalwork, poetry, and midwifery. She is also a Christian saint associated with midwives, birthing mothers, and infants. We chose our shop name based on how beautifully Brigid represents the interests and skills of our whole family.

Frequently asked questions
Wholesale availability

As each of our items is handmade, we do not accept wholesale orders at this time.

Depending on our current order volume, we will occasionally be able to offer a one-time small quantity discount for a women's circle, retreat, or event.

Custom and personalized orders

We happily accept customization requests in terms of color and charm. We do not do custom sculpts or size alterations.

Conversations

We receive a high number of conversations (convos) and I reply to them in "batches" according to my available time. Please allow at least 24-36 hours for a reply to your convo. I don't always answer at night or on weekends, as a person (this person anyway!) needs a little bit of down time. :)

Shipping Dates and Speed

Our usual shipping days are T, W, F, and S. We have a high order volume (thanks to all you awesome people!) and since our items are all handmade we often finish items as the orders are received. We strive to ship within 3 days of order date, but during busy seasons, it may be 5-7 days before your order ships, so please keep this in mind when placing orders. Orders are fulfilled both in order of date received AND in complexity (i.e. a small, simple order will ship much more quickly than an order of ten pieces). We are unable to promise delivery by a specific day, since after the item leaves our hands, it is up to the postal service when it actually arrives! If you need fast(er) shipping, make sure to choose Priority Mail at checkout.
