Welcome to Brilliant Keepsakes! Each item in my shop is designed by me and I do my best to use only quality items (like sterling silver versus silver plated). Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in an item's description (for instance something personalized).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unless otherwise noted in a product description I generally give 30 days from the date of sale to be eligible for a refund. If an item is damaged upon arrival please contact me within 7 days. Returns and refunds outside of these time frames will be reviewed on an individual basis. If there is a problem with the sizing of an item or if your jewelry needs repair outside of the 30 days please contact me and I will be more than happy to provide details on sending jewelry in for repair. Generally, if outside of the 30 days, you pay for the shipping TO me and I will pay for sending the item back to you.
Payment
I accept PayPal, Etsy gift cards, and direct payment. I generally ship items out within 1-2 business days so if you need to cancel an item please do so as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped you can 'refuse' the package and have it sent back to me without opening it. You are responsible for any taxes and tariffs that your country may charge.
Shipping
As stated, items generally ship within 1-2 business days and my shipping varies between first class and priority mail depending on the item, quantity, location, etc. If you absolutely need an item by a specific date please contact me and I can provide accurate shipping information or create a custom listing if something needs to be overnighted or use 2nd day shipping. Tracking is included in almost all orders International shipping will vary and could take up to 14 business days to arrive. It is possible to have something expedited, but shipping charges will be extremely high. Please contact me if you have questions or requests for international shipping.

**Update on international shipping. I have increased the cost for international shipping as I had to upgrade the shipping method in order to prevent packages from being lost in the mail. Most international packages (there are some exceptions) now ship via USPS priority mail and generally take 6-10 days to arrive. If you have any questions please contact me before placing your order. **You are responsible for any taxes/tariffs due for international packages. These are in addition to the cost of postage.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you receive an item and decide that you need a different size I will be more than happy to adjust the size free of charge for you, if it's an item that I am able to adjust (some necklace sizes may be unable to be sized smaller). It doesn't matter if it's a week from purchase or a year later, if you need an adjustment I would be more than happy to provide one for you. Please note that if the bracelet breaks after the 30 day return policy you may be charged for bead replacements and it will be determined on a case by case basis. *Bead replacement cost is only the cost of beads, no cost for labor* Please contact me with any questions.
