brinnet's Shop Policies


I strive to make little works of art that allow you to express yourself in simple ways. After all, we all love to be surrounded by things that make us feel good inside.


I accept payments through PayPal (which also allows you to use your credit card). Don't worry, you don't need to have a PayPal account.

Please make your payment at the time of your purchase, so I can get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Otherwise, I'll have to notify Etsy of non-payment, and that's no fun for anyone. **Purchases will be shipped after payment is received (in the case of e-checks, this may take a few business days!).

If you need to cancel your purchase, please cancel within 3 HOURS. I want to get your product to you as quickly as possible, which means I'm always on the move.


I ship from the U.S. using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail.

I try to reuse packaging material whenever it's available. Your purchase will be wrapped in order to protect it, but if you need it gift wrapped, please message me and I'll make your package extra pretty.

If you would like faster shipping with tracking, please send me a conversation and I will be happy to adjust the shipping cost to accommodate priority shipping.

Your purchase is a business purchase, so I cannot mark it as a "gift". You will be responsible for any customs payments that your country may require.

Depending on the destination of your purchase, an upgrade to EMS (Express Mail Service) may be available. This will allow your package to be tracked, and will also get your package to you within a few days (depending on your country).

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my best to make sure your purchase is wrapped properly for its journey to your home, but if it gets harmed or lost during shipping, I'm afraid I cannot be held at fault. Please upgrade to include tracking or insurance if you're concerned about your package arriving safely. (See the 'Shipping' section for more information about shipping options).

If you'd like to cancel your purchase, please cancel within 3 HOURS of your order. I try to ship as quickly as possible.

If for some reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please message me. If a replacement item is available, I'll be happy to send one out as soon as you've returned the original product back to me. If it's an irreplaceable item, I will be happy to provide a refund after the product has been returned. I'm happy to talk anything over with you.
