Shipping for breakable or fragile items will be slightly higher because of the increased amount of packing material needed to protect the item. Your item has been insured (unless you chose not to carry it) against loss or damaged during shipment. I will work with you to rectify the problem, but you as the purchaser will have to file the claim for reimbursement with the shipping company.
All sales are final. If there are any problems please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you are unhappy with your purchase PLEASE CONVO me rather than leave negative or neutral feedback without giving me opportunity to make it right first....

We accept Direct Check out and Paypal. Please contact me if you would like to make other arrangements. If you are paying with a check through paypal, items are shipped once the payment clears Payment is due promptly....no later than 3 days after purchase. If something is on reserve - payment is due within a week - unless other arrangements have been made. As per Etsy, a purchase is considered final once payment has been received.

I try to keep shipping costs as low as possible by reusing boxes and shipping materials. I ship using United States Parcel Service and UPS depending on which carrier is most economical for the item being shipped. I always ship with insurance for the value of your purchase, unless you choose not to pay for insurance.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please contact me if you require a RUSH, I will accomodate the best I can and we can discuss fair additional fees for the expedited order. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact before making the purchase as the price of shipment may be different.
For larger furniture pieces, I will ship using UPS Ground or USPS Ground whichever is most economical and as always I ship with insurance. I do my best to ship as soon as possible, but please note larger items may take up to a week to ship.
International Shipping:
I do ship International, using USPS Priority mail. It is a little more expensive but safer. You will have tracking number via paypal you can refer to and most packages usually arrive within a week or two. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Your item will be sent to the address you have listed in paypal, whether listed confirmed or unconfirmed. Should I see any discrepancies between or within addresses, I will contact you but you as the buyer are responsible for making sure your shipping address is up to date in Pay Pal. If the package requires being sent a second time due to the wrong address in paypal it will be the buyers responsibility to pay the shipping cost again. The seller does not hold this responsibility. If you prefer a refund because of this, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES OR DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT, THIS IS WHY WE INSURE YOUR ITEM(S). PLEASE INSPECT PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT. (If a claim needs to be filed, we will assist you with the filing)
