Do what you love - love what you do

I'm a self taught graphic designer with a love of hand lettering, illustration and printed stationery. I have always loved doodling and writing – I'm one of those people who still takes notes by hand and loves to make lists. As a former journalist turned marketer/graphic designer, I love having the opportunity to combine word-smithing with design.

I launched my Etsy shop and freelance design business after discovering my passion for design throughout my own wedding planning adventure. I absolutely love having the opportunity to work with soon-to-be and recent brides, as well as their friends and family! I also offer designs for other occasions such as the birth of a new baby, a child's birthday, or home decor. And if you're looking for a logo, I've got you covered there too.

Custom work is my favorite, so if there is something you have in mind that you don't see in my shop please send me a conversation!

Returns and exchanges
Refunds are not offered in my shop because it is my policy to work with you until you are 100% happy with the product. This ensures that you receive exactly what you had in mind when you ordered, and that my time is well spent in working on your design.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchasing the listing. Since turnaround time for your first proof is typically within 48 hours of purchasing the listing, if you choose to cancel your purchase you must do so within 8 hours of purchasing. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
Shipping
Digital (printable) files are not shipped, but rather are emailed. Etsy will always send you an email when your purchase is "marked as shipped" (or in this case, emailed from me to you). If you receive this email from Etsy and you have not received your final .zip file from me, contact me as soon as possible so that I can re-send the files to you and ensure you have them.

For printed items, shipping will be initiated within 24 hours of approval of your final file. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and receipt of goods.
Additional policies and FAQs
❤ Please note that all PDFs are password protected against alterations. This is to protect the design integrity and will not be changed. Printing IS allowed with the password protection. Please notify me if you have any difficulty printing the PDF.

❤ I do not sell the native (InDesign or Illustrator) files. You will only receive non-editable files.

❤ Once your order has been completed (final files sent to you and payment received), you have seven (7) days to contact me for one additional change. After this time period, I cannot make any additional changes to your file. Acceptable changes include: changing spelling of a word, a date change, or any other small updates that would not change the overall look of the item.
