I accept both payments through Etsy's payment system as well as PayPal.
Shipping
All items ship via USPS Monday-Saturday. Shipment dates vary by the items and size of the order.

Please read the outlined shipping times in each items description for processing times.

I have many ready to ship items, as well as tutu dresses, tutus and onesies that vary between 1-3 weeks to process. This is why it is important to read each items shipping section.

The item(s) processing time and expected shipment date is also always noted on your receipt, after purchase. Please note Etsy will push shipping dates ahead of schedule if expected to ship on a weekend or a holiday. Your order will ship by the full processing time for your item. For example, if you order a tutu dress on a Sunday it will ship within 2-3 weeks on a Sunday and marked as accepted by the USPS on Monday.

A tracking number will always be provided so you may locate your items during the shipping process.

Please check that your shipping address is correct, as I only ship to the address provided on your receipt. I can not be held accountable for incorrect shipping information provided by costumers. If the wrong address is provided I will not be held responsible for the delivery to an incorrect address, this is why it is important to ensure your information is correct upon checkout.

Once an order has been marked shipped and accepted by the USPS, I am no longer liable for the package. I can not be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages due to the USPS. Please note that expected delivery dates by the USPS are not guaranteed and are only for estimated purposes.

I ship USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days) for all items except tutu dresses. If you prefer your item to ship Priority Mail (1-3 days) and it's not a tutu dress, please contact me to update the shipping costs.

Tutu dresses will ship via Priority Mail and come with up to $50.00 in insurance. If you prefer to add more insurance coverage please contact me before placing your order.

Customers pay for the shipping and handling on all orders. Shipping and handling costs are based on :USPS shipping rates, packaging costs, printer ink, printer paper and any other material for packaging. I also hand deliver packages to the USPS and do not leave them outside to be picked up and scanned by the USPS for shipment. This ensures they are accepted by the USPS and I receive an acceptance scan receipt.

Prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping is added to the listing price upon checkout.

I do offer an Express Priority shipping upgrade listing, which has an estimated delivery date within 1-2 days.

I also offer a RUSH order fee to speed up the processing time, NOT the shipping time. Rush orders ensure your order will ship within 1-2 weeks. Note: My regular processing time for tutu dresses is 2-3 weeks.

Please note I only accept a certain number of RUSH fees during the months of September and October. Halloween tutu dress costumes will not be accepted after the first week in October. Orders also will take the full three weeks to ship during the Halloween season, but MAY ship sooner based on current volume of open orders I have at that given time.

Please do not choose an Express Shipping Upgrade to have the order rushed. Shipping upgrades are for shipping only, which means that it applies to the speed of shipping, not to your order processing faster than the described time frame.

If you have a need by date before the processing time of an item, you MUST purchase my RUSH MY ORDER listing, otherwise your order will be processed and shipped as scheduled. Rush Orders are also non-refundable and there are no exceptions.

Please note I am NOT responsible for packages once they are accepted by the USPS. If a tracking error arises or a delivery problem, it is then the costumers responsibility to contact the USPS to track and resolve any issues that may arise with their package.

Please remember I DO NOT guarantee shipping times by the USPS and can not be held responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages by the USPS. This is why it is important to order all items that will allow for my processing times as well as shipping and handling process.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that all my items are handmade to order based on each customers individual needs.

Due to the nature of my items I will not be held responsible for size adjustments, seeing how the buyer selects their size based on my measurements outlined in each item. Crochet tops used for my tutu dresses also have measurement guidelines outlined here in my policies. If you have a question about sizing please contact me before making a purchase.

I do NOT offer full refunds. I only offer partial refunds and ONLY on orders that used Priority or Express shipping!

I also can not accept returns due to the nature of my items, as well sanitary and allergy issues.

Partial refunds will only be provided if the costumer notifies me with an issue and within 24 hours of the item being delivered. A claim will be filed through the USPS and the partial refund will only be provided after the claim has been processed. I do not refund ANY shipping charges, rush fees or express shipping. This is because the shipping transaction was still competed, even if an issue arises within that process, I still can not be held liable.

The priority mail add on only comes with up to $50.00 of insurance. Any order over $50.00 must contact me before ordering to add on more insurance coverage. Please remember I do not offer any shipping refunds.

As stated in my shipping policies I will not be held accountable for any lost, damaged or delayed packages due to the USPS. All of my items are handmade at the time of the order, regardless of the quantity shown. All items require a great deal of processing time on my part. I have no control of the USPS handling procedures and can only guarantee the quality and sizing of my products before they are received by the USPS.

Please be mindful of my shipping and refund/return policies before placing your order. It is the costumers responsibility to read all of my polices before placing an order. Once an order is placed your are agreeing to have read and agree to each of my policies.

If you choose to cancel your order you may only do so within 24 hours of your purchase date for a full refund. After 24 hours you will be charged a cancellation fee/restocking fee of $20 or 30% of your purchase price, which ever is greater. If a costumer fails to read my polices and requests faster processing times; without paying the required upgrade fees, their order will be cancelled and subject to the restocking/cancellation fees outlined within my polices.

Upon completing your order with my shop, you are agreeing to have read ALL and any of my polices and except each one stated above. In doing so, you may use the coupon code ~ POLICY10 for a 10% discount on your order and for taking the time to read my guidelines and polices.

Please be advised that almost all my products contain small parts, this can pose as choking hazards, especially to children under the age of three. Do not leave children unattended (or sleeping), while they are wearing any products from my shop. It is the customers responsibility to take proper care of their item(s). They are to be handled with care. Refunds will not be given due mishandling of my items. They are shipped and created with outstanding care, precision and craftsmanship and are made to my highest standards of satisfaction.

I do my best to photograph my items which best represent the colors, trims, appliqués and sizes, however due to the differences in computer monitors the color may not be true to life. I will provide a detailed description to help you with your choice. However, if you have any further questions please feel free to contact me about specifications of a listing.

Please note I will do my best to re-create the made to order item as close as possible to the described listing. However, due to seasonal availability and popularity of some trims, ribbons and fabrics others may be substituted instead. Items used will replicate any unavailable materials and match the listing as best as possible. Also, each item is handmade by me at the time of purchase. Therefore, no two items are the same and may entail slight differences. All my items are one of a kind, unique and made to my highest satisfaction.
