About

I love antique shops, auctions, garage sales, anything vintage or antique, but I have long reached a point where I had to stop collecting and start selling.

In 2009 a friend introduced me to Etsy. I loved the concept - I had finally found the outlet I was looking for. I have never been able to settle on just one particular kind of item, there are so many beautiful vintage things I find, therefore I am able to offer a wide variety of different things from different time periods in my shop. A lot of my listings are mid-century. Once in a while I manage to find a beautiful antique (100 years or older).
All of my listings are at least 20 year or older.

6 years and more than 2,000 sales later, I am happy to report that I still thoroughly enjoy selling on Etsy, and that I have been able to keep and retain an excellent customer satisfaction level, with many beautiful and often heart-warming reviews.

I package all my orders with great care, most of the time I ship them the very next day an order is placed, or latest within 3 days from date of order.

I happily ship internationally - please contact me if you need international shipping costs, for most of the items the Etsy automatic shipping calculator will give you the shipping cost to your country.

Shipping
Shipping costs: My shop uses the Etsy automated shipping cost calculator.
If you order several items, and the total automated shipping cost comes to more than the ACTUAL shipping cost, I will refund you with any over-payments of $2.00 or more.

1-3 business days from date of order.
Shipment takes place promptly, most of the time the day after your order has been received, but always within 3 days of receipt of your order.

You will find the tracking number by checking your order on Etsy.

Please make sure that your address is correct on your PayPal and Etsy accounts.
If you purchase using PayPal, I will ship to the PayPal address, unless you advise me otherwise. If you purchase using Direct Checkout, I will ship to the Etsy address listed on your order. Please make sure these addresses are correct. No refunds will be made for items that do not reach if your address is in error. If the item is a gift for someone else and you want it sent to an address other than your own, please convo me or make a note of that in the "notes to seller" when placing your order.

ATTENTION APARTMENT RESIDENTS: If your apartment building does not accept package deliveries, it is your responsibility to provide us with an address where your package can be delivered and accepted.

If your package is refused delivery and returned to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay to have the item re-shipped to another address.

Most items ship via First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact us PRIOR to purchase and we will add that option to the listing.

Insurance is included with all shipments.

Buyers must report any damages within three days of receipt of package. Buyers must fill out and return insurance claim affidavits to receive a refund for a damaged or lost item. The insurance company may require photos, so save the item AND the box and all packaging.

International Buyers:

International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, VAT and fees levied by the destination country. These fees and taxes and any additional charges for customs clearance are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information PRIOR to purchase. Please be aware that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.

Heavy items are shipped parcel post for least expensive shipping rate. if you prefer quicker delivery contact me and I will advise of additional charge.

All Vintage Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail.
Refunds and Exchanges
Of course I want my customers to be satisfied with their purchases. I will give you a full refund, if it turns out that the item has been mistakenly misrepresented. I check all items extremely carefully and will make you aware of any flaws.

Please contact me if I've made a mistake if there is any problem with the transaction, I'd be grateful if you give me the opportunity to fix the problem before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. In case of a refund, I do not refund postage costs.
