The seller was great with communication and let me know as soon as the buttons were shipped, which was very fast. I really appreciated that given the delays shipping companies were experiencing in December - so I even got the buttons before Christmas and I was able to add them in time to my toddler's Christmas sweater after the original other buttons didn't survive washing. The buttons are just as expected and a perfect replacement on the sweater.
